Wonderful hotel in downtown of beautiful Chihuahua. A stone's throw from the cathedral and all the downtown fun. Gorgeous room, super comfy bed, great amenities--including an essential oil vaporizer. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Probably the best customer service in a hotel I have ever experienced in the world. The restaurant and bar were excellent, I loved sitting on the patio for a nightcap. Craft cocktails and food on an international cuisine level. The jacuzzi service was also awesome and definitely worth a try!

If you have a room in the court yard, there is moderately loud music on the patio from the midmorning until around 11pm. Bring ear plugs!

Very central opposite cathedral but quiet despite being in the middle of Chihuahua. Nice size room , bathroom etc Wifi was good Bar prices reasonable. Staff lovely , polite , helpful and engaging.

Some rooms are located around the main central outside dining area . Depending on what going on in the hotel, time of day /week this may be very noisy area. They played loud music through out hotel. Not background gentle soothing but synthesizer impinging noise. Personal taste as music is this actually too much given proximity of rooms. Music turned off at 10.30pm comes on at 8am ( less horrid in morning ) Breakfast included menu is very limited and doesn't include any eggs or cooked. Whilst stipulates continetal this does seem strange for such an expensive hotel. Central Court yard area was actually very dirty as was seating, not sure why as all other areas super clean is almost as if forgotten about as out side.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in a perfect location - you could not get more central! The restaurant was fantastic and staff all friendly and helpful - they even packed us a lunch box to go when we had an early morning flight - which was delicious! Really loved staying at Central Hotel Boutique - and the hot tub at the end of the day was perfect

The property is gorgeous, it’s probably one of nicest I’ve stayed in in Chihuahua..

I did not like the location though, it’s a heavily trafficked part of downtown and parking in through backside of hotel and kind of hidden which I didn’t know when I first checked in so I had to park my car in the street and walk to hotel

Wonderful house, even better restaurant, great location.

The rooms downstairs are basically in the restaurant (terrace) – you can hear the music in your room, you need to shut down your window because otherwise people look into your room. Rooms are wonderful, but this is critical. So try to get rooms upstiars!

Excellent location. Could not be better. Very nicely decorated hotel in a great surrounding.

The room was quite dark, only a window to the patio. Cleaning was really not up to the standard.

City center, very clean and upscale. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

No complaints about this location this is the only place I stay when visiting chihuahua.

What was there not to like?! Starting with a delicious 'welcome cocktail' (berry punch), beautiful property with spa-like room and quality amenities: extremely comfortable bed with wonderful linens, spacious bathroom with nice products. Delicious dinner on the softly lit patio, surprisingly well priced. Continental breakfast on the patio was delicious and a great way to start the day. Appreciated staff facilitating taxi to airport.

That we didn't plan to stay more than 1 night!

The hotel is beautiful and it feels like you are elsewhere in the south of Mexico. The room is charming and well decorated. Service is top notch.

there’s a blue light from the cable box on top of the TV that is on and is very bothersome at night. it kept me awake, I had to put on a fabric over it to dim the light.
