The hotel is located in the calm village of Riethoven. Eindhoven is accessible via a bus route that takes 30-40mins. The hotel is located in an old building and is equipped with tasteful vintage decor. The staff is very nice.

It would have been nice to have the garbage disposed as part of the daily cleaning. Also, one of the rooms we booked didn't close properly and we found it open after the housekeeping, which I am sure was not done by purpose. Also, the rooms can use a better overall lighting and some of the windows to open can be useful.

Superb B&B with large garden. Small parking area but more on street if necessary. Very friendly welcome with tea/coffee and information. Small lounge area with honesty bar and good selection of beers/wines etc. Lovely, freshly prepared breakfast. Large comfy room with walk in shower. Shared tea/coffee facilities. The restaurant almost opposite is superb but very expensive - not the sort of place for a regular evening meal, unless you want to indulge. There are a couple of cheaper places nearby and others a few miles by car/bike.

Not a problem for us but most rooms upstairs with no lift and the stairs could challenge older/infirm so check if you need a ground floor room.

We booked quite last minute after a bit of a setback during a holiday and found this near Eindhoven without having to worry about parking. Communication was great, even though I knew we were arriving later than normal check in. The hotel was lovely, with amazing features, beautiful rooms, and one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Very spacious room, the building is old, historical site by itself, but with modern equipment inside, with digital heating controls and quality bath equipment. Territory near the building looks very nice and well maintained. This is hotel where we definitely will come back again.

Bit noise if you're close to the front door. BUT this is an old building with character. So it's part of it. Old doors, not sound proof. Great garden. If you bring bikes a place to stay

Lovely boutique hotel! We had a piece full, comfy, and relaxing stay and one of the best check-in experiences we have ever had in any hotel anywhere we travelled. Checking-in while enjoying a nice cup of coffee in the beautiful garden was a first for us. Perfect stay. Highly recommended!

The old rectory is the hotel in a small village where there is an excellent restaurant. Rooms have high ceilings and tastefully decorated. Safe bike storage in the garden, lovely locally sourced breakfast and a tv which appears from the end of the bed!

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful interior in every room, from the entrance until our hotelroom. Very clean and a great and comfortable bed with a hidden tv. We've stayed in the lytel blue room abd absolutely loved the blue color combo with the gold-touch. A la carte breakfast was better than delicious and big props to the friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay from the 1st until the last minute.

We arrived early and our room was not ready but we were more than looked after by being offered a drink and to relax in the gorgeous gardens. The property is very unique and is very tastefully modernized to a high standard. The room was immaculate with one of the most comfiest beds we have slept on when away. The bathroom was again, a high standard with a great shower. There was complimentary slippers too! There is a coffee machine and tea facilities on the landing which you can help yourself too which again was a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic too where they only use locally sourced produce which is great. Location wise, it is out of the way but is in a stunning village and a great bar/restaurant literally over the road. We booked a taxi the first night to take us to Eersel (7km away) not realizing I would need to take out a second mortgage (50 Euros later) so we looked at using Uber for the return and was significantly cheaper (15 Euros). I would highly recommend the hotel and will most definitely stay again.
