At first we were surprised to see a residential building instead of a little house that we somehow expected, but actually apartment has everything as shown in the photos, there is a beautiful garden accessible by guests only, fully equipped shared kitchen and nice clean rooms with private bathrooms. Francesco is great, friendly and helpful host with lots of quality information. He gave us detailed tour around the property and did everything to feel as at home. Also, he gave us some useful tips where to go and what to visit in the neighborhood. Self-service breakfast has more than enough options. There was no problem to find a free parking in the street.

Nothing special. Maybe just to think about putting door or curtains to shower in the bathroom, so that the floor doesn't get wet, or at least to put a mop in the bathroom, but that is not a big problem.

Wellkept and organized. We bought bread and butter and cheese but the rest of the breakfast was very good With juice many kinds of yoghurt and excellent coffee from the machine.We had our own shelf in the fridge . Very close to the train station, supermarket sisa and the beach AT Patti marina. Some restaurants were closed and noone but us took a swim in November! Patti is a Nice little town but there is a lot of traffic. Francesco's b and b and the garden were very quiet and peaceful though.

All the cars and not taking notice when we wanted to get over a Street on a zebra crossing but thats not Francescos fakulteter!

A very warm welcome from Francesco the host who was very kind and picked me up from the station. A comprehensive tour of the property followed which was really helpful. Francesco gave me a short car tour of the beachfront so that i knew where everything was pointing out good resteraunts and the what i can now say is the excellent gelateria. Next morning I had breakfast in the garden and received a lift to the station. I felt at home

The garden was nice. The staff was excellent and attentive. Most of all it was clean!

We were overall very satisfied, but our TV service was very bad. We did bring it to Francisco’s attention and he got on it right away. He called the company, but unfortunately our TV service kept going in and out. These things happen, but Francisco did do his best to fix the situation. He even gave us a new remote

Wonderful B and B. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It has a lovely little garden to relax in, a kitchen with a help yourself breakfast and very comfortable rooms with a large, modern bathroom. Francesco welcomed us into the apartment and was very helpful. It is 5-7 minutes walk from the station. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

Francesco and his B&B are highly recommended, the B&B is extremely well kept. It is inspired to his youth and his grandma and this is really easy to capture if you are a guest. As inspired by family tradition, you really do feel at home. Francesco is always available for anything you need! The facilities are great, we tried 2 rooms, both are great. Breakfast is great, you basically take what you want in what's provided, and a lot is provided! The garden with the 4 turtles is super nice. A great place at an incredible value for money, location is not scenic, but you are 2 mins walk from the train station, 5 mins from supermarkets and 10 mins walk from the beach and the main street with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. We will be back, well done Francesco and thanks for everything!

Francesco is adorable and very welcoming! Lovely garden with turtles 🐢💚 Nice location, mosquito barriers at the window, large bathroom/shower, breakfast is nice and kitchen very convenient. Nice places to ear nearby with discount saying you're a guest here. Proximity to the coast/beach. Easy checkout.

Francesco was a great host, provided us with recommendations on restaurants, places to visit etc. The place was very well kept, clean, comfortable and well equiped. Beautiful garden with some special inhabitants - there are turtles living in the garden, which can be fed with some fruits left for them in the fridge. Plentiful breakfast. Free public parking in at the building or on the steet nearby.
