The room facing the rice fields and the mountain range make a lovely picturesque backdrop and a jacuzzi on the terrace a great way to end a day of touring northern Thailand- if your lucky to experience a sunset behind the mountains, or rain burst while sitting in the jacuzzi looking at the rice fields - the amazing experience will stay with you. The hotel breakfast was varied and the service was prompt.

The hotel is on a main thoroughfare and not particularly close to a town center. If you don’t want to have dinner at the hotel you will need to get into a car and drive. Thankfully a family restaurant does sit nearby (8 minute walk) which we walked to - but there’s not so much as a sidewalk or even a sufficient edge to the highway - (with cars whizzing by at high speeds).

Where to start? For us, this was not a one-night stay, we were there for a week. That's plenty of time to get a good feel for a hotel. The food was genuinely superb. This is a small, quality hotel therefore there was never going to be an elaborate breakfast buffet because relatively speaking, there are so few rooms , however the option to order anything you wanted from The Breakfast menu was lovely. The food was always freshly cooked there and then and the quality of the food was first class. Likewise for the evening meals the menu is not super extensive but the quality of each dish is 100%. We chose this location approximately 1 hour north of Chiang Rai because we wanted to be within easy reach of beautiful countryside ( in 10 minutes we could be in mountainous landscapes) instead of having to negotiate our way out of the city of Chiang Rai every time we wanted to explore. And we did not want to be in a large tourist Hotel catering to coach loads of holiday makers. Regarding the rooms they were very spacious some of the largest we have stayed in in Thailand and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. I do not believe there are many hotels in Thailand that offer the combination of Comfort, space, service and spectacular views, in such a relatively intimate atmosphere. This is a hotel we would LOVE to return to.

The hotel is right on the highway with the big mountain and rice field views. It's surprising that we didn't hear any highway noise at night. We had a very good sleep. The bed is so big. The washroom had everything I need. The room has a big balcony and chairs for you to sit and enjoy the view. There is nice restaurants nearby that you can walk to. They serve very good Thai food and cakes. Breakfast was also really nice but mostly Thai food and they cook it as you order. They also have a bar for drinks. I totally recommend this hotel.

TEVA Valley Resort has a stunning view of Nang Non mountain the atmosphere is very fresh air, a good morning vibes is very good staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is very suitable for a leisure time at hotel.

By the way the whole experience was very wonderful but about cleanliness, it was a bit need to improve as i had experiences of jacuzzi in the room but there was a lot of algae which i need to take time to clean it.

Facilities are good, the pool is great for lounging as it’s in the sun most of the day. Although it’s out of town a bit both the onsite and neighboring restaurant are great. A couple of great sites to visits are nearby (hour walk so having transport is required)

Could use a couple of pedal bikes and there are some sites to see that are a bit of a walk.

The breakfast was very good with part of it being a buffet with fruit, cereals, yogurt, salad veggies, milk, coffee, tea, etc. Eggs etc were made to order and not on the buffet. All the food was clean and tasty. The swimming pool was good too with a shallow section for younger kids. Other guests were friendly. The views of hills over the rice paddies were appreciated too, although the weather was too cloudy to see a lot of them. The restaurant has good food available outside of breakfast time as well. There was also a fitness room with an array of dumbbells and a few machines.

Everything was excellent! The best hotel on our trip so far. The room was spacious, had everything we needed, the hugest and most comfortable bed, lovely bedding, the treat of a spa bath on the terrace, plenty of storage, kettle, water, fridge, usb chargers, super and generous breakfast to order, pool with mountain view, great evening meals at v reasonable prices (and we usually go out in search of cheaper options than stay in house but no need here.) The place was perfect for a base in N Chiang Rai and we would certainly pick it again if in that part of Thailand. Thank you to all the staff who make it so lovely.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful view watching the sunset. Pool very nice and bed super comfy. Restaurant food very nice and for breakfast I like the fact you can order a la carte. The bar also makes a good margherita ,

it is beautifully designed, the bed and mattress are really perfect, we had an air purifier in the room, reasonable price for food in the restaurant, food and breakfast are good, the personell was very nice and helpful. in the end I was happy about the outside town location because Mae Sai is in my opinion a strange place.

the hotel is right at a busy highway which feels like a strange choice of location for a nice place. It was very humid in the room and there was a musty smell. it felt a bit high in price for the whole package.
