I have one thing to say and it’s really not a complaint. It’s a suggestion. I stayed on the first floor, and I saw that the ice machine was on the second floor when I went up the elevator and I got off there was not a sign to be seen as to which way the ice machine was located. So I went to the right and I walked and walked then I came back to the beginning by the elevator doors and saw a staff member and asked her and she said oh it’s to the left. I wouldn’t have had to walk the entire second floor. Had there been a sign when you walk out of the elevator. Like I said, just a suggestion.

the price for a suite is too high for the rooms- not suite! Its two separated rooms (some would like the convenience) although the front door was broken held up w a nail- easily to kick in and get into both rooms if left open to enjoy w family.. one w a sleeper couch & very old small TV and a desk. The other room is a regular King room.. mattresses need to be changed- lumpy for a King- it was like sleeping on the sofa bed mattress. Had to call engineering for toilet which took almost 3 hrs. out of our real 1day stay..

Security patrolled parking, views, it was within walking distance of our venue, breakfast was available on premises.

Restaurant opened during breakfast/brunch hours but not open for lunch. The room only provided one towel per person - wash, hand, bath. An extra set would have been nice to have on hand. There’s no temperature control in the room. Only the central fan unit appeared to be the only source of cooler air and it couldn’t be adjusted, just off or on. The bathroom lighting is dim.

The location is nice…albeit the surrounding downtown is a bit rough. It’s very well maintained. Free parking. And the restaurant served surprisingly good food. There is a nice turf patio along the waterfront.

My room keycard kept getting de-magnetized no matter in its sleeve or with nothing else touching it. Definitely needs EV charging which is a must considering its California. My rental was an EV because thats all they had available. So it would nice charge overnight. The bed while somewhat comfortable seem a soft for my liking. The shower is very slippery and they give a bathmat.

The room was decent size and the bathroom shower design was amazing, I loved that the room had a full size fridge and not just a mini fridge! I loved the amenities offered at the hotel, the pool tables were fun & the hot tub & pool were fun too, loved being about to sit outside and admire the gorgeous views on the city.

The room wasn't as clean as it could have been their was hair in the bathroom sink and dirty q-tips on the floor when I checked in.

The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The fact that I could bring my dogs along made everything so much easier. I stopped here from Portland on my way to Yuma Az to take care of my mother, a very stressful time. My stay was relaxing, quiet...just what I need to recharge after a long day of driving with one more long day of driving to go. It didn't hurt that they're located so close to a drive-thru Starbuck's :)

While the hotel is located right downtown and in a good pocket, Stockton can be a little shady. I wish parking were on the same lot as the hotel. Parking is very close and just across the street, however I would've loved to have been ON hotel property.

Great outdoor space - the pool was lovely. The food was good and reasonably priced and the drinks/wine were good quality. We stayed twice over 2 weekends and had great service both times. It’s lovely looking over the river. It’s right next to the baseball stadium (we did go and it was fun) which means you get to see the fireworks when they have them. It was lovely to be able to sit on an evening outside with drinks whilst the kids played. Will definitely look to book again when we next come to Stockton.

The staff were polite and very helpful.Rooms, bathrooms,and hallways were spacious with good light, especially if you travel with elderly or disabled persons. It was easy to get in to check out and park without congestion. There was room to have a nice peaceful walk on grounds and the small adjacent park by the water.

My daughter felt have mattress has to firm.

Check in super easy. Did a pre check in on my phone and just showed I'd to get rm key. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Clean facilities, comfy bed and rm service was reasonable and quick. It is located on the water. It's all around very nice space and worth the price. I will be staying again!

1. Customer service, had an issue with the heater and they were quick to inspect it and move me to another room. The maintenance worker even turned the heater on in the new room to be sure it worked properly before moving us. 2. Flexibility-I usually get to the hotel the morning g of checkout and they are always accommodating.
