New property, nicely done, large indoor pool, gym and spa, nicely outfitted rooms with comfortable beds. Staff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. One morning we had to leave at 5 to go up north a few days, the kitchen prepared boxed breakfasts, bottles of water and a thermos of coffee for us. The hotel has an airport shuttle (it costs extra but the airport is way out of the city).

The gym could be better equipped. That is the only thing that could be improved.

Clean, everything was working (the air conditioning, the hot water). No problem with payment with credit card in restaurants. Good meal.

Very weak menu for room service. Need to go to the hotel restaurant and order from there.

I was really impressed with the check in process .we had arrived from airport. it was exceptional the Supervisor Baccar anf his team was greeting the guests and calling them w their names at arrival Teissir and all the rest of the team were very friendly. The Spa was outstanding the team was very caring and I really loved the cleanliness of the space ❤️ 😍

A clean and friendly hotel, pleasant for in town stay. Gym and pool are good.

Breakfast early is hit and miss, little in the way of UK food apart from eggs, but to be expected. The evening menu could have more variety, but what is on offer is well presented and tasty, recommend the fish.
