My stay at Crowne Plaza Foshan Nanhai was truly impressive. The location was perfect—well-connected yet peaceful, with scenic surroundings that offered both convenience and privacy. The hotel ambience felt upscale and welcoming, ideal for both business and leisure stays. The rooms were clean, comfortable and provided a good level of privacy, which I appreciated after long days at the Canton Fair. The restaurant served a variety of well-prepared dishes. A special mention goes to Mr. Dana Wu from the reception, his attentiveness, warmth and professionalism made a real difference in making the stay memorable. He was genuinely helpful and went above and beyond in ensuring guests felt at home.

One small suggestion would be to provide a discreet chair for the staff stationed at the front gate. It was a bit disheartening to see them standing for long hours, especially given how well the rest of the hotel cares for its guests. A little consideration for their comfort would reflect even better on the hotel’s hospitality standards.

I like to quietness of this hotel and the location in a very quiet area. Clean hotel with a very good and comfy room with a nice view. The A/C was not working one night, and they came to fix it in a few minutes.

The soundproofing of the walls between rooms is very bad, you can hear everything happening around you, felt very bad for the neighbors, they were fighting at 6 am. do not spend money on the spa center; very expensive service.

I don’t know where from I should start. I met a person warmly welcomed me at the hotel door and then receptionist added more star with her pleasant smile. Luxurious hotel room fridge filled with drink moreover all facilities such as tooth brush, shaving kit and other accessory required were there. Very clean all the time. Unforgettable friendly environment everyone was there to help no matter what. Ufff gosh everything you need was available in breakfast so delicious and no matter the race or religion you will get what you need but remember and be careful it’s hard to get halal during dinner time. Finally I would thank you to all staff for their outstanding hospitality and made me speechless honestly. Respect for all and love you guys..

The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for a place to relax comfortably, this hotel could be a good choice. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly, and although there may be some challenges with communicating in English, they do their best to help resolve any issues.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you're attending the Canton Fair. While they do offer a free shuttle bus service, the main issue is the long travel time — it takes one hour each way, meaning you'll spend a total of two hours per day just commuting. The time and energy wasted sitting on the bus can be draining, especially when you need to be at your best for the fair. By the time you get back to the hotel, you’ll likely feel exhausted from both the fair and the commute. If you value your time and energy, I recommend looking for a hotel closer to the venue. If you're visiting for the Canton Fair, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic park view, which made the stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The staff were helpful and did their best to assist, though most of them didn’t speak English, so I had to rely on a translation app. Since it was during the Canton Fair, the hotel was quite busy, but the overall experience was still pleasant.

The hotel was quite far from both Guangzhou and Foshan, requiring a significant expense on taxis to get around. It’s highly recommended to install the Didi app to make transportation easier, but the distance still added inconvenience to the overall experience.

This wasn't our first stay in the hotel. The location is great - a stone-throw away from the Guangzhou South Railway Station, and 20mins ride from the ancient city of Foshan. Our trip coincided with a heatwave with temperature reaching 39C, so the indoor pool was a very welcomed facility. Special shout-out to Xana and her colleagues for the impeccable service. Upon check-out they gave us a box filled with local fruits, which served us well for our train ride back to Hong Kong.

The concierge and front desk are really friendly and efficient, the guard always makes sure he gets your car door for you everytime and let’s not forget David and Kayla who were super awesome and even suggested to give me a late check out as I wait for my flight. Truly the best hotel I have stayed in. Despite having business engagements in Guangzhou I always chose to stay with Crowne plaza Foshan because they truly make you feel at home. The breakfast buffet is superb with lots of choices and the ladies at cafe treachly always allow you to carry a takeaway no questions asked. My expectations were exceeded and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

While the service was impeccable overall, having English-speaking staff at the information desk would enhance communication for international guests like myself. Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza was nothing short of fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable hotel experience. hotel it's self is good. buffet dinne4 should have more choices instead of almost chicken and fish items. they could add vegetarian curries and pasta. as every one eats this kinda food.having only noodles and chicken all the time isnot great buffet. if you want to swim MUST BRING SWIM CLOTHES AND A SWIM HAT. THEY ARE VERY STRICT ABOUT SWIMING HAT AND CLOTHES. location is very isolated. nothing to do around the hotel ,yes there is one massage shop in behind Street.covoent store. no other food options around the hotel
