Checkin was very organised despite there being no-staff there until the morning. Nice room with comfortable bed. We arrived on bicycles and there was good secure cycle storage. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel was great, the bathroom was in need of some refurbishment, worked ok but looked very tatty. Disappointed that the restaurant was not open on the night we stayed (in fact none of the 3 restaurants on the same street were open or two others locally. The Pizza restaurant was doing a roaring trade as it was the only place open)

The staff was nice and the room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed dining in the restaurant. The location is perfect to explore Les Landes and the beaches of Biscarrosse and Mimizan, which are just a half an hour drive away.

The Hotel Restaurant is in the centre of the village, a very convenient location

The restaurant was closed during my stay, but there are good restaurants nearby that serve a good evening meal

Smell in the corridor (not enough ventilation) and when room windows were open, smell was coming from restaurant.

Covered parking for cycles and space to hang clothes to dry. Breakfast very good quality. In the centre, very convenient.

Staff very nice, but mostly never spoke to us.

The hotel is in the very centre of Parentis. Its staff are friendly and helpful.

Great accommodation off the beaten track. A lovely hotel with welcoming staff and a lovely rustic restaurant providing a range of delicious dishes. The breakfast was great value for money. They were able to accommodate bikes securely overnight and easy check in process.

It was located in a quiet and pleasant small town, close to the Dune du Pilat. Convenient place, you do not expect any kind of luxury but it does the trick and the price is quite good.

it is a 2* hotel and is not pretending to be different but it is in a good location and the staff were really helpful and friendly. the best was the food - really good cuisine with great front of house staff and an amazing chef! well worth calling in if you’re in the area
