My 4th stay at this hotel, and, finally, I can give it 10 points because this time I got a room which absolutely corresponded to my wishes: it had a double bed (I'm a solo traveller, and it's a pity to pay a full price for a double room, without any discount, and then sleep in a single bed): the mattress was much softer than the one I had on the previous single beds, and I liked this softness enormously, the room was facing a side of the hotel, so in front there were only some trees, and it was very quiet, the shower was absolutely fine (unlike my previous room, where there were problems with turning on the rain shower), there were slippers present and, as usual, a kettle with tea/coffee, the temperature in the room was perfectly warm. So, everything was the way I like: quiet, warm, soft... Probably it's the first time I can say that the room corresponded in full to the price I paid. I can repeat, that at Sabiha I don't see other options for myself, only this hotel.

In terms of the stay - this time everything was fine! But I've got a recommendation to the hotel: be more precise about the currency used for taking payments: this time my card was charged in Turkish liras, the previous time my card was charged in US dollars, the price on Booking is in euros (it's what I get even if I choose "Property currency"). It's much better to know in advance the exact currency my card will be charged in, as I can provide a card which operates with the given currency and avoid paying my bank a fee for the exchange transaction.

Breakfast, room design, sound-proofness (next to the airport), kitchen was open from 4:30 am until the 2:30 am the next day which is very convenient for the travellers. Location of the hotel is also very convenient for the early morning flights

I booked a room with large bed, but I got a room with two single beds instead. I went to reception and they said they didn't have any room with large bed, although their system let me book a room with that spec which wasn't nice. It was also the reason I leave lower score than I'd due to not getting the room that I booked.. Bed wasn't impressive, pillows weren't comfortable.

Nice location , big room, comfortable accommodation

I was double charged: 1st time the day before arrival the full amount was withdrawn and it was expected by me, but I was really surprised when the same amount was withdrawn after I left the hotel, though my conditions were prepayment. It was my 6th stay in the hotel and I had never been double charged before. I contacted property the next day and asked to return money. They told me that the money will return, but it s more than 25 days since my request and I still don’t have money back. Looks like no one is interested in returning me money. I also made a request to booking with no feedback

+ The best location for transit passengers! Only 5 minutes ON FOOT from Sabiha Gökçen Airport: just after the exit, immediately turn left and go till you reach the corner of the airport building, then you'll see the hotel a bit down the slope, on your left. The whole way is absolutely fine with luggage (no stairs). + Comfortable room. Very quiet! Good beds and linen. There's a safety box, a kettle with tea/coffee, a mini-bar. A/c is efficient. + Breakfast (on Booking usually not included in the price) can be paid in the morning by card or in cash as you enter the breakfast zone (no need to pay in advance). Starts very early (if I'm not mistaken, from 4-5 a.m., but check with the hotel), adequate and varied, in 2024 costs 18 EUR. + Check in and check out are very fast. Absolutely recommended if you have to spend a night between flights (yes, hotels further from the airport cost less, but you have to pay for the taxi and deal with taxi drivers which, in my opinion, isn't the most pleasant experience. Stayed here twice, will definitely stay again.

- The price (room + breakfast) isn't very cheap if you are a single traveller: you still pay for a double room, getting twin beds. As far as I understand, there are no single rooms. - A coffee machine with different types of coffee would be suitable for this level of hotel.

It was my third stay here. Can't think of a better option for a night between flights via Sabiha Airport. 5 min on foot from the airport, quiet, you can't hear planes (but if your room faces the front of the hotel, you'll hear a call for a morning prayer, from rooms facing other sides I didn't hear anything). Spacious comfortable room, good bed, efficient a/c, a kettle... Fast check in and check out. Breakfast is available from early hours. Going to stay here on every occasion I travel via Sabiha.

Had some trouble with the shower: the problem was solved quickly.

The hotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from the airport. I, with a large suitcase, walked quickly without any problems. Friendly and polite staff at the reception. A pleasant bonus was permission to stay at the hotel for an additional 2 hours without payment. The room is clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Good sound insulation. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. The quality of the food is average, but if you are hungry, you can eat it. Next time I stay at this hotel, I will look for another restaurant.

There was no toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom

The location is fantastic. Two steps away from the airport. The room was spacious. Restaurant is opened from 04.30 for breakfast and till 2 a.m for dinner. It is quiet in rooms and the AC is not loud.

Pillows! Impossible to sleep on such pillows! Just throw them away. For a 4 star hotel one can think about proper pillows and blankets. There is a dental and shaving kit provided, but only for 1 person. The shower gel is always practically finished. The robes were provided, but we found only one in the room upon arrival and had to ask for extra ones. They were brought quite quick.

Extremely close to the airport. The room looked nice — spacious, pretty modern. I was on the 4th floor and it was a bit comisch to get there with two lifts hehe. They have room service which arrived pretty fast. Pretty expensive tho yet tasty. Wanted to check out breakfast (which starts at 4:30 btw) but didn’t manage to. Maybe next time!

There were barely any amenities in the bathroom. Take a conditioner with you for sure. Instead of big bed as requested got a room with two separated. Surely I moved them together but still was not very nice. And I could’ve gone to the reception but I was alone and decided not to bother!:)

This hotel is very useful for short stays in Istanbul (air transfers etc.) because it is located just a few steps from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. I have already appreciated the hotel for this reason, but this time I want to add another plus point, which is the kindness of the staff. I arrived in the evening from Italy, but my flight to Russia, scheduled for the following morning, was cancelled. Even though I had already checked out, the hotel staff allowed me to go back to my room and use it for the whole morning and this was very much appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised at the standard of the hotel. Well presented rooms, really good comfortable beds, modern bathroom with power shower. Great night's sleep refreshed for the next days flight

the hotel is a bit deceptive in that it doesn't look that great from the outside but you know your in a good hotel once inside. Also the reception staff weren't fluent in Engkish which surprised me, nevertheless they tried their best to be friendly and helpful. Also I ended up paying more because something went wrong on the booking and the dates were wrong. I will have to take that up with booking.com but the hotel were kind enough to reschedule to the correct dates.
