We enjoyed spending our vacation at this hotel for ten days. The rooms are clean, and the view is fantastic; we were on the 38th floor with a stunning view of Istanbul. The family rooms are well-equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and they even provide detergent. We booked two rooms, each with a living room, and another single room that also had a living room. There’s a garden and playground on the second floor, which was great. I would definitely come back here again The service at the reception is excellent; they are very helpful, and one of the staff speaks Arabic, I didn’t catch his name – he was very polite. There is also Dogan, who was very kind and classy, assisting us during checkout Thanks to them for their hospitality, and I honestly recommend this place

‏The only downside is that it’s located on the Asian side, a bit far from the tourist attractions, but there is a nearby mall, Kayak, which is somewhat convenient.

I recently stayed at Antasya Fraser for 10 nights, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Mr. Shaarif at the reception, whose exceptional service stood out throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to meeting guests' needs made a significant difference and truly elevated my experience. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the hotel's cleaning standards. While the service was generally satisfactory, enhancing the cleanliness in certain areas would make the stay even better. Overall, Antasya Fraser has great potential, and with small refinements to its cleaning services, it could truly offer an impeccable experience. I’d still recommend it to anyone seeking quality service and comfort.

Our room offered a stunning view of Istanbul from the 40th floor. The hotel rooms are located between floors 36 and 42. Both the pool and gym were open and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly those in the restaurant who provided good service. The in-room amenities, including the kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher, were practical and convenient. Room service was also efficient and satisfactory. Conveniently, there is a shopping mall next to the hotel with a food court on the third floor, where you can enjoy some delicious Turkish food.

The hotel is located in the Asian part of Istanbul, which is quite far from the historical areas on the European side. We did encounter heavy traffic several times when traveling to the European side. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the Asian part; the area was clean, pleasant, and offered a unique charm.

Very professional and forthcoming. Pure 10 for that! Room service changed sheets and towels daily. Even folded clothing that they found laying around the apartment. Thank you for that. 🙏

Windows could have been cleaned. It was nowhere noted that EV charger is not hotel property, and was a paid one belonging to ZES company. We were told that after charging, vehicle should be removed, but there were same cars every evening blocking stations for the whole night, although their charging finished. That should be better sorted. But overall a minor discomfort, that didn't ruin our stay by any mean.

Big spacious room with a separate living area perfect for a family with a baby. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. There was a kids play center and outdoor playground at the complex which was perfect for our needs. It’s also conveniently next door to a shopping mall and supermarket. Amazing view of the city was a bonus.

Some reviews and Google maps indicated it would only take 20-30 min to drive into Taksim square / Blue Mosque etc however it took about 1-1.5 hours each way due to traffic which was a nightmare with a screaming baby. Many of the top restaurants and neighbourhoods on the Asian side also take about 30-45 min to drive to from here - not a lot of things to see or places to eat nearby.

Nice skyscraper in the Eastern side of Istanbul with spectacular view from the higher floors. Front desk staff and custodians are amazing. It's adjacent to a mall with a food court at the top floor and a grocery place at the basement. There are many small convenient stores around as well. Bus stops are in front of the building and across the street (to metro station). We were there for a family reunion and several rooms. Everybody had a great time.

There are a few cosmetic/hygienic imperfections here and there but didn't bother us much. For instance, there are dark spots at the corner of the showers that could have been easily cleaned with bleach products. Breakfast is way too expensive for the local cuisine.

We stayed here for 14 days for a family reunion and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for cooking. The pools for both kids and adults are good, and the gym and playroom for children are great additions. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were especially kind, with a special mention to Fatimah Noor, who is exceptionally gracious and excels at her job. There is a shopping center just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, featuring a Starbucks and a supermarket, and a food court at the last floor which is very convenient. The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from the city center, and crossing the bridge with taxi incurs a significant cost. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this hotel for families.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Sharif (not sure I am spelling this correctly). Apartment was beautiful, facilities like the pool and gym were great. Could have used more kitchen utensils and cookware as it only had a couple of frying pans, nothing to boil water in, no basics like salt and pepper, etc. AC and WiFi worked great. Location was good and safe neighborhood. There is a dominos across the street but next door is a mall with a grocery store in the lower level, lots of food choices, and entertainment like bowling, arcade, trampoline park. Several restaurants and cafes a couple of blocks away. Public transportation within 10 minutes, but we ended up getting a cab each time because it was fairly inexpensive. Very highly recommend.

Kitchen could have used more dishes, pots and pans, and a few basics like spices, cooking oil. Minimal towels, we had 4 for 4 guests and while we could wash them in the apartment it made it hard with using the pool and pool had no towels.

I recently stayed at Fraser Place Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience. I would like to give a special mention to Fatima Noor and Dogan, whose exceptional service truly made my stay memorable. Fatima Noor was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, always with a warm smile and a professional attitude. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Dogan also deserves high praise for his exceptional service. He was always ready to assist with any requests and provided valuable recommendations that enhanced my visit. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Overall, the entire team at Fraser Place Hotel provided top-notch service, but Fatima Noor and Dogan stood out for their exceptional hospitality. AC isn't very good

Was a good hotel nice apartment, I put two people to attend and there was not even two big towels let alone one , that was disappointing we had to use the small ones , also not much pots and pans to cook and nothing to wash up afterwards like fair liquid etc , one of the draws was dirty with I don’t know milk or something white stained . But otherwise I would stay again nice and cosy .
