Good breakfast, small spread but quality is good and filling. Typical mix of Filipino and international selections. Has egg station where you can get eggs or omelettes cooked to your liking. Great attention to detail, like opening the hotel scent greets you that easily relaxes you, and theres a certain scent with the towels that enhances the bathing experience. I can rave for days about the hospitality, from the helpful guards upfront, front desk to the cleaning and restaurant staff. They project a very professional and relaxed atmosphere Small touches like that enhance the overall experience and elevates it way above its 3 star ranking.

I like the bed and spacious room, comfortable bed. And the breakfast just so simple.

I didn't like about this when we check out the hotel, the receptionist asking where is the brown adaptor for the blower. Oh my god! I didn't have idea how it looks I never touched the blower pouch. And I'm the person who never use the blower I'm not the blower person I rather let my hair wet. It's so annoying!!!! Be aware next time it's better Check the items what you have in your room, or take the picture before you use the rooms.

Location is close to beach, restaurants and two large shopping malls plus other shops. Breakfast: yoghurt, melon, eggs, juice, coffee. Dinner: we enjoyed the pasta meals and salad. Swimming pool is a great infinity pool with 30metres length. Very efficient lifts. Pleasant and friendly staff. Large,,spacious bedroom with efficient air-conditioning

TV remote control is not easy to use and requires a simple instruction. Shower floor slopes away from waste drain.

This hotel was excellent with modern facilities. The pool was amazing, the rooms were large, it had cable movie channels and it was close to Ayala Mall, it also had water views with restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and professional. Would I stay here again - absolutely. The pool and clearn/spacious rooms made it worthwhile.

The only downside was breakfast. First morning, everything was cold, I mentioned this to staff and the second morning was slightly better but just not a huge variety. It was enough to get going, but you also have to pay for proper barista coffee.

Newly built to a high standard. For once, we couldn't really find anything anything wrong with this hotel. Easy to park (and free) great staff and all at a price that would get you a hostel bed in the UK. Short walk to the famous beach area, where we went when it cooled off in the evening. Highly recommended hotel - just beware of the over the top traffic rules (and police) in Subic Bay - but you can't blame the hotel for that!! Booking the hotel on line also saves a packet.

Breakfast buffet is ok. Service staff not friendly. They didn’t checked on you after the food was delivered until we finished. We had to get another staff to give us our check. We also didn’t get the item we ordered but is charged for it. No apology whatsoever just a gaze.

This hotel pays attention to details. You'll find the same standards as in very well-known international hotels. The staff is very pleasant, from the Security Guard to the Lobby Receptionist, and the Breakfast Restaurant Staff, not forgetting the pool Lifeguard who was very friendly with our little boy. We could have easily extended our stay without hesitation and hope to return there soon.

Clean and comfortable

We were almost charged for a lost room key, in other hotels that is not even surrendered anymore I asked for separate beds but the first room given had 1 queen. But they quickly changed it Limited water, knowing athletes were there for the triathlon, they should have given a more water as hydration is so important in triathlon

Good location, staff was genuinely helpful

Parking is a challenge, despite being checked in, no prio was given, although ample slots are available in adjacent property, its still a 5-10 min walk which is harder when it is raining, which happened to us

The hotel looks new and well maintained. The staff are accommodating and they addressed our requests promptly. Location is very nice.

The operational planning when it comes to peak season is not good such as handling check ins and cleaning of apartments upon check out. You can hear also the sounds or any movements in the upper floors.
