The hotel is located near a metro station and right next to a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. In the evening, there are often lively activities in the plaza right across from the hotel entrance. Within the hotel’s complex, you can easily find local eateries, fruit stalls, a hair salon, and a 7eleven convenience store — very convenient for daily needs. The room was clean and well laid out. Housekeeping staff went the extra mile — they even helped us take out laundry from the washing machine and left a proper mouse pad on the desk when they noticed we were using cardboard. The room was fully equipped like a small apartment, with useful amenities such as an iron, washing machine, cooking utensils, and tableware. Good soundproofing and a spacious bathroom with a full set of personal toiletries. The hotel also offers free coffee in the lobby and a gym with a good variety of equipment.

The breakfast area was small, a bit stuffy, and the food selection was quite limited. The staff at the front desk spoke very little English and seemed a bit unsure when checking in international guests. If you’re coming from the main road, the hotel entrance can be hard to find. The map directions aren’t very accurate, so it’s best to ask a security guard for help to avoid going in circles.

The breakfast must have more vegetarian options without refined wheat and sugars. Without eggs, it's not possible to finish the breakfast. Otherwise vegetarians are forced to eat high glycemic foods.

The staff hardly speaks English. This needs to change. The staff is very very courteous and no complains. But they cannot understand English. On a business trip, one is always tight on time. The standard answer is 'Wait a minute'. Then they go looking for someone who speaks English. Till then, we have to wait, though we are on a tight schedule. Also should have an international coffee shop with sandwiches, pasta n pizzas.

A very nice, clean, well-equipped hotel. We really liked our apartment, there was nothing missing. It is in a good location, shopping mall, small shops, restaurants. The city center is a little further away, but it is not a problem with a taxi or subway. We will gladly choose this hotel again next time, it was very good.

I like the comfortable bed and the functionality of the room. The staff were all very helpful and the lady who register us for breakfast every morning will try to recall my room no. It was a very comfortable stay.

It is difficult to find the actual location of the hotel. If we return later than 10pm it is confusing to find the way back to the hotel. It is also a little far from tourist attraction. I am also not familiar with the drying function of the washing machine

Friendly and helpful staff and as we were upgraded the room was above our expectation. We enjoyed the breakfast and in the evening there are dozens of restaurants very close by. It's excellent value for money with a very modern shopping mall right beside it.

Not all receptionists are helpful, some do not seem to bother to answer questions. Only one lady was polite and helpful. 1 out of 4 that I meant throughout my stay.

It was good location however taxi could not arrive at front of the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was very nice especially Chinese food.
