Promenade hotel is the best hotel ever built in Riccione. The hotel it made my stay wonderful. all services and housekeeping at high level. breakfast was excellent by Gabriel. Promenade team makes everything perfectly. special thanks to reception officer Mrs Eman for fast check in and for all assistance she provided. definitely smart and highly recommended hotel for people who want to enjoy the holidays. hopefully will visit again

The property itself was beautifully decorated and the rooms were spacious and clean with facilities for coffee/tea, English TV and minibar. The room service food was 10/10 and the staff were very helpful some stood out more than other- Anastasia from the reception was very attentive and helpful and went out of her way to show us the way to the beach. The floor restaurant food was 10/10 and one waiter in particular stood out- Glosue was probably the best English speaker at hotel and he had a great energy and manner about him! He explained everything in detail and was very friendly. The beach was a few minutes walk and beautiful. The sushi bar served some of the best sushi we’d eaten and the waiters Slava and Christofer were also very attentive and provided excellent service.

It was a shame that the hotel didn’t offer more Italian cuisine and although the room service food was excellent they messed our order up 3 times forgetting items which was quite frustrating considering the €20 room service charge.

Nice modern rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant on the 6th floor, excellent rooftop bar and very good breakfast. Helpful, polite and always smiling staff. Valet parking is a plus. I loved the music in the corridors.

The air conditioning was not very powerful and turns off automatically when you exit the room. The room gets a bit hot during the day. I am not really fond of open closets but that’s really a small detail. The overall impression is positive.

This hotel never fails to deliver a 1st class service and delivers beyond expectations. All of the staff are extremely polite, well mannered and are a credit to whoever has trained them…..and if your staying here, please try the restaurant as it’s on a whole new level…

Entirely new property. Very clean, modern and hi-tech rooms. Great gym facility for a hotel. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and restaurants. Attentive staff in general.

Only one elevator shaft to reach the rooms (the second one was only for going up to rooftop and restaurants.

Everything was perfect and better than planned. Eman from hotel team made our trip perfect with her effort of helping and kindness
