A very large and central hotel. We were given a room on the main floor with a door onto the main atrium. We prefer an outside view so they moved us up to the 3rd floor with a wonderful view on a small square. The breakfast is wonderful. When we were the only guests in the restaurant we ordered from a menu. When there were more people they set up a buffet. We especially liked the parakeets that were around corner from our room. Very central location. Free parking.

Great location in town! I did enjoy the reading area in the lobby, and the people were very nice.

Our room was the FURTHEST from the entrance, in the very back by the alley, where outside our bedroom window people gathered at night by the entrance to the pool hall there. It seemed odd that they put us there even though we saw almost no other guests. Also, the room had no charm, just all blank white walls.

I like the kindness of the staff and the location of the hotel.

The bathroom towels and bedspreads need an update.

Very poor wifi signal, outsides restaurant/bar very noisy on Saturday night till 2h00 AM.

The staff was super attentive. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, it was very quiet. The gym was nicely equipped. My family reported that breakfast was not heavy. They liked that!

The beds were not super comfy, but they were a lot better than other places I have stayed.

I must like this place because this is our second time we stayed there. I liked that they had secure parking for our motorcycles underground. There is a relaxing covered courtyard in the middle with a nice water feature. The breakfast was included in the restaurant and was really good. The room was ok but I don't think any of the rooms have exterior windows but do have windows into the central courtyard. The bar and restaurant was closed in the evenings but that didn't really matter as there are dozens of restaurants within a short distance. The location is perfect. Located right on one of the main streets it's an easy walk to explore the city which is why we stayed there. The front desk helped us arrange a mine tour that we really enjoyed. Yes, I would stay there again. Highly recommended.

There was a thermostat in our room but the heat didn't seem to work and only blew out cold air. It wasn't really that cold so we just used an extra blanket and were fine.

Water pressure was great! Location was great! staff were cool. parking at the hotel was a plus!

Room/hotel needs more lighting. rooms were outdated. Was not cleaned properly thoroughly. breakfast was alright.

Close to everything. If you are just staying in Downtown Zacatecas then you don’t need a car.
