Price was reasonable. Breakfast was good. Clean well maintained room.

The shower floor was very slippery. This is an “accessible “room and the shower floor needs to be more anti slip—my husband who uses a walker told me it was “scary”. I found it difficult myself. The bathroom door was really hard to close, (maybe due to the water that gets everywhere in the bathroom keeping the carpet and underlayment damp so it swells? ) everything else was fine. Flies were bad—but I guess per the locals they were bad everywhere this year so not the property’s fault

My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable & on the ground floor. I was outside the pool which was filled and looked great. Also had a mini refrigerator with a small freezer and a microwave. Also appreciate the wall mounted shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathroom rooms. Staff was friendly & very accommodating.

The couch was worn and the desk chair was ripped on the top but both were functional. My only disadvantage is I wish they would put taller toilets in their rooms. The mattress was harder than I liked but I was so tired from driving all day was just glad to have a room.

Room was clean and comfortable, but some detail to cleaning is missing. At my previous stay, sink was clean, but faucet and fixtures were not. At this more recent stay, I noted mold on ceiling in the shower area. Textured ceiling in an area like that is not a good idea. I would also think that pet friendly rooms should not have carpet, as pet odor tends to be retained.

Convenient location right of of I 80. Affordable. Hot breakfast including eggs and sausage, waffles, muffins, biscuits and gravy and more. Comfortable room. Pet friendly. Outdoor pool. Can do laundry.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean with some exceptions to detail. The sink faucet and fixtures were not cleaned with remnants of previous guest's morning shave. The back hallway with stairs to our second floor room needed a good cleaning. Getting up to the second floor is awkward with luggage.

this quality inn was not nearly up to par as the quality inn that I stayed at before this one. this is where I was talking about where they are owned by a different entity and they don't know what a first class motel actually is

It's just a caulking in the bathroom. it's dirty. it has like mold on it. you cannot clean it. you need to cut it out and re-caulk it. My room had four decaffeinated coffees. I went to try to trade them in. the lady could not speak English so it took me a half hour to get two packages of regular coffee. The wallpaper in the bathroom is starting to separate from the wall. just little things like this I'd say in another year this one won't be worth staying in!

This was the perfect stop over on my long drive to Mount Vernon, Iowa to see my son. I loved that it was close to the interstate, well lit and safe, especially in relation to parking, and that I was able to have my dog stay with me for a nominal fee. The courtyard room was perfect for my dog and made it simple to take him out to do his business. We will definitely stay here again in the future for the stop over on the long drive.

The pool was great and I loved the room location, the restaurant was nice too

When we arrived the key didnt work with was fine, we went to the front desk and they gave us another room number where that was already occupied. We went back for a third time and they finally fixed the key card for the first room.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional! We had a huge mixup on our booking, but the hotel stepped in and helped make it right. I am so grateful! Once we got through that hurdle, we found the hotel quiet and the breakfast good! It was a lovely place for two very tired travelers!

Everything was great!

We really enjoyed our brief stay here in Ogallala. We landed in Denver from the UK and drove up here for our first night. The rooms were really comfortable and spacious after a long drive (and flight), the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent!

I was charged two different amounts for the same night. This was my first time using Bookit. I just received my Visa bill and see I was charged twice for one night and only 1 room. Is there any way this can be resolved?
