Clean room, great price and low pet fee.but....

Staff was rude, argumentative and disrespectful. We booked through booking.com and received a message that the pet fee was waived. This guy when we tried to check in said , they chage a fee . He then started yelling, threw the credit cards at us and said we could leave if we didn't like it. Terrible guy and we were willing to pay the fee.

Easy to get to from interstate

Original person checking us in had difficulty with his English language & I had very hard time understanding him But during the process a female (maybe a relative) came to assist & it went smoothly after that. The young man was very nice & didn’t get upset when I asked him to repeat his words. Unfortunately I still couldn’t understand him.

We left too early for breakfast.

We were charged twice for the room by mistake; we paid booking company when booking the room, and then were charged again for the room when checking in. Found out later at home when going through bank account. Made a call to the hotel desk, and they said they would refund the charges. Will check in about a week to see it was done.

The room was clean and easily accessible. The staff were courteous and respectful. The complimentary breakfast was good, too.the parking spots were big as well

I wish breakfast would've lasted a little longer

It was easy to locate and near the route.

Some people were gathered in the parking lot, they didn’t directly interact with us but it felt uncomfortable.

The hotel was kept nice and clean and a great value!

Breakfast area was a little small, but we didn't mind. The food was fine and location a d price great so it outweighed the small area.

I was able to pay cash. Room was clean and nice size. Breakfast was nicer than many.

Person who answered the phone could not speak English well enough for me to understand. No elevator

Did not realize there wasn't an elevator. So we were not able to use the suite we had booked. The breakfast was not very good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The price was great! Rooms were very nice. And, pets were allowed.

Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Toiletries. Good breakfast. Accommodating staff
