There are shops and restaurants as well as a pharmacy nearby too. -The food was amazing!!! Love the sandwiches, burgers, salads and artichokes. -The staff was absolutely fantastic. Helpful and caring. -Beautiful mountain weather. -Dogs allowed. They loved talking to my Shiba Inu dog.

-I go fairly regularly to the loo and needed one more toilet roll, half more would have sufficed.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, complemented by a warm and welcoming reception. This strategic location provides easy access to numerous scenic trails, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the natural beauty of the area.

Although the restaurant's main course didn't meet my expectations, considering its high price and lack of distinction, the culinary journey got off to a promising start with delicious croquettes. The petit gateau dessert was also a delicious highlight. Although I expected a self-service breakfast, I found it pre-organized. However, the overall service provided by the staff was excellent, although the main course was not satisfactory.

I love the location and the feeling of cabin this hotel has, there is also a man that goes above and beyond to make your stay idyllic and solve any issue you may have, it was lovely how he brought up a banana to give my baby

Most of the staff are super friendly with one notable exception that changes the experience, our second day the lady at the front desk was not very friendly and it felt as if we bothered her with our questions

Amazing oasis of calm with fabulous views of Gredos, beautiful mature garden, comfortable rooms and beds, and great restaurant with stunning views snd al fresco earring in the garden, serving delicious evening meals and exceptional breakfast served personally to our table, a real treat! 3 juices, cold table, Curtis and home made cakes, toast, freshly cooked scrambled egg, delicious rice pudding..The staff were very helpful and friendly too which makes the whole stay fabulous.

The common parts of the hotel look a little tired Ie the stairs etc and could benefit from some updating. But a minor issue..with high overslll comfort levels..

Hotel was an unusual building. Location was great high in the hills with lovely views. Lovely restaurant with high quality dishes and wine.

Really nice and cozy hotel in a beatiful area. There is a lovely salon and library to enjoy some peaceful time. Would definitely reccomend!
