Very helpful staff, super location for a stroll to the beach or into the village. Chilled out vibe to the communal area and a nice pool.

Room was a little pokey, room was not in the tower building in the photograph. Description said garden view and pool view and terrace with garden view, if you open the door you could view the garden and pool. Description of the room a little misleading.However was handy for the chill out spot. Overall I liked the place. Specify where your room will be.

I'd like to take this opportunity to review the incredible time my parents and I spent at Simba House. From the moment we entered Simba House, the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. They took my parents to various beaches, restaurants, and adventures, allowing us to explore the beautiful areas of Watamu. But that's not all; they even went the extra mile by helping us find some personal items we needed during our stay. They accompanied us to local shops and surprised us with special items not on the breakfast menu. We cherished the privacy of our own secluded area, providing a peaceful and undisturbed atmosphere when required. All I can say is a heartfelt thank you for this extraordinary experience! Every minute spent at Simba House was worth it.

Very nice and spacious guesthouse with a pool and 5 min walk from love island beach, as well as the main road of restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful, and Fausto was happy to help us with a taxi to malindi and excursion planning. Great place to stay for our visit to Watamu.

Everything was great for us, I highly recommend Simba House.

The property is very cost and clean, the outside space very comfortable. The pool was a great addition! Breakfast is excellent and the owner and staff very kind. The beach is walking distance. We stayed first in an en_suite room, then on a larger room with kitchen, both options were great, we will come again!

We arrived early and the staff were so kind to let us check into our room right away. Very clean and well kept property. The beach and quality restaurants are just a short walk away. Everyone who works there made us feel welcome and were very helpful. We would have loved to stay langer. Thank you

Good size room with AC and large bed. Friendly host. Location good, close to local facilities and beach. Safe location and we were able to park our car behind the gate.

Shower cubicle needs updating and would be good to have a clothes rack but nothing not to like.

Very convenient to the town center and the beach as well, good and chilled staff ready to help and ensure a well relaxed time not to mention the owners always checked everything was okay and were genuinely good. The decor as well was beautiful.

I liked the location of Simba house. With the added benefit of parking on-site, the house provides reassurance. The hostess in particular was extremely welcoming and polite, the same goes for her staff - they couldn't do any more for us.

Everything was as I had hoped.
