I have a large vehicle so the parking space is always the first thing I look for when deciding on where to stay. Check in process was easy and quick and the price for the rooms were on point. Close to the mall so If you didn't want to drive it is certainly withing walking distance. There is a self wash laundry mat open 24 hours which just opened up nearby which is also within walking distance. An air purifier is also provided in the rooms which is a plus for me.

We love everything about this hotel ,nice comfy bed like European standard,clean bathroom and pleanty drinking bottle of water provided during our stay. The receptionist always greeting us with a smile and taking a good care of my family during our stay.

During our stay we experience a heavy wind storm, causing a dusturbing noise at the corridor. Hopefully get improve in the future.

Beautiful, convenient parking, clean place, near shopping center and restaurants. Family room, walk from the car. Strong shower, good heating. There is an air purifier.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. 24/7 reception. Rooms are clean. Comfortable bed: not soft but either not hard. I slept well. Air purifier in the room. Nice shower, hot water. Free slippers.

A bit off the beaten path. No food in or around the hotel. Stone floor. Slightly oppressive interior.

Hotel location is close to Central shopping and 7 eleven. Room is spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Very quiet location just outside the city. Spacious room, everything was in good condition and working order. The bed was of absolute quality, with some sort of latex based mattress. Some drinks were available in the fridge.

Lovely hotel and thoughtful staff who provided extra hangers without me asking when they saw me hanging some quick laundry to dry in the room. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood that’s just a short 400 meter walk to Central Plaza and 7-11. I would stay here again

The shower wasn’t hot enough considering it was winter during my visit, would’ve been better if the heater worked faster and better.

As usual in phitsanuloke only thai tv channels...no breakfast (which actually didnt matter to me), these days anyone who craves breakfast can always order it delivered with Grab or similar

We used this hotel as a stop over when driving back down South from Chiang Mei and it was perfect. Very clean room, huge, comfortable bed, great WiFi reception and easy check in/out process.

The only thing I can think of is that the water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest, but the shower was still good. The hot water worked and the shower stall was huge, but after a long drive and no pool on site, we were looking forward to a really good shower to ease the muscles.

Everything what’s needed for a comfortable stay available in rooms. Green surrounding and clean air. Spacious parking lot. Water and other drinks are available in minibar.
