Firstly I would be happy to return here again Rooms are spotless the cleaning staff are excellent. Toiletries and bottled water renewed every day Breakfast is superb value for the few dollars more at booking time. Close to shops places to eat laundry 7/11 . 1 hour river walk circuit for exercise in evening early morning. Large room individual Samsung air conditioner works well TV has 1 English channel with movies Good wardrobe space lockable drawer need to ask reception for a key. Google lens App translates the advisories re breakages Can check out 12 noon on day of departure Reception staffed all day Night watchman for carpark Excellent lift to All 5 floors Key card unlocks lobby door access to lifts after hours. You can request no meat breakfast and get an extra sunny side up fried egg. You can request no egg and get extra meat Each room has a heater under the sink so shower has hot water 24/7. Very comfortable bed especially for my back surgery. Not squeaky either. All room lights except bathroom controlled from left side of the bed. Great range of lights

It is not a problem for us but there is some minor flaking of paint on the bathroom door edge so if you are picky pay much more elsewhere Similarly the tile grouting sink silicone could be renewed in places but post COVID I think budgets are tight.

The hotel is new and big room. The location is just about right to explore the city, near the famous temple, provincial hall and cafes. You can both walk or take a car ride.

The door lock is still the old one which easy for doorpick. Some interior such as bathtub is not delicate, tile is not completely built. Since the hotel near the center, we experienced loud noise coming from the events nearby, we ended up having a poor sleep. It would be better if the hotel could provide more sound proof room.

Lift to all floors. Room was large spacious and very clean ,beautiful lighting. Breakfast was standard with tea coffee etc. bottled water delivered to room every day. Short walk to excellent restaurants very calm beside the water. Hair dryer and toiletries (lovely smelling) were provided. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Good place for one night during a long trip. Reasonably quiet outside and no noise from other guests. Unfortunately, Phitsanulok is plagued with high air pollution. There was no air purifier in the bedroom. Nobody seems aware of this issue that results in more and more tourists avoiding Thailand from January to April.

Friendly atmosphere. Very adequate breakfast. Plenty of parking. Nice restaurant/coffee shop with a great selection of small and affordable Thai dishes. Great view over the last remnants of the Phitsanulok City Moat and remaining bits of the defensive wall. Electric Vehicle charge point.

Nothing to complain about.

The room was a good size with plenty of space for a family of 2 adults & 2 children. There was a nice view of the moat from the 4th floor. The AC worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful and a generous breakfast is included in the room price.

The shower is set almost level with the bathroom floor and is very small so kept flooding. We also had some drainage issues with the sink.

Location was exactly what I needed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Price was very reasonable.

Breakfast was good but a bit repetitive for a long stay

Big,clean,comfortable room. Our room had a view of the next door garden. The staff were very helpful.

Position of property. Not much nearby. However taxis were cheap.We had to rely on the helpful staff to call for us.

Good location. Clean. Nice staff. Having the bathtub in the room is definitely a plus.

The walls might be a bit too thin. I heard people near by room chitchatting since early morning until late in the day.

Big room, clean and the breakfast is good.

Noisy neighbor at night because the room don’t have soundproof. I can’t find main light switch to turn off, so not sleep well. The entrance door is open all day, the rider come in to deliver food all day and they can get inside anytime, feel not safe.
