Location is good. Room was large and comfortable (business suite). Bed very comfortable. Lots of warm water. Air-condition working well. Parking easy.

Breakfast absolutely mediocre. Difficult to get a smile from personnel. Milk "no hap" yoghurt "no hap". Bread, croissant and Danish: Heeeelp! Staff seems to be very tired. Felt a general lack of energy from check in to check out. Chinese restaurant nice outdoor with waterfall. Big portions with neutral taste. Again lack of energy. Long waiting at the elevators.

Loved the rooms, older style but very comfortable beds. We had 4 ft wide single beds. Soft mattress. Western style. Air con was very cool and quiet. Bathroom old style but clean and everything worked. 3 great Restaurants. My favourite was the Thai/ Western food. Downstairs. One of the best i have been to in Thailand. Great food and good price. Live music( not to loud)

Close to Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan and convenient access to city main roads. Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast is average. Good view from the high floors.

Be careful when staff takes your documents to make copies. They lost some clipped documents (90 days report and similar) but found them back after my averting.

This is our go-to hotel in Phitsanulok. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and lovely pillows . The staff are friendly and attentive and everything is very clean. The location is great too, only a 10 minute walk to the train station. They also make a great omelette at breakfast.

Price above average cost I stuggeled with booking online , but the reception staff were very helpful and they manged to sort us two rooms with conecting doors

Location is good. Rooms are dated but very well kept. Everything was good. Western comfortable beds. To me the hotel is old style classey.Attached are great Redtaurants and a shopping centre. Thumbs up to the Speakeasy Restaurant. Great food at a good price.

The weather was too hot in April. Aprox 40 degrees

Location is convenient since it's a walk from the train station (and night markets). The staff were lovely, especially the doormen who took our luggage right as we entered. The lobby had good ambience and there's a doorway in there to the mall - Topland Plaza. The breakfast buffet was nice. There were only a few choices, but they were sufficient. The thai restaurant just outside the hotel had really good food too.

The room was a bit dusty, and the noise from the karaoke on the 4th floor can be heard a little bit from the 9th floor where we stayed (quiets down around 2am). If you're a light sleeper, this might bother you, so maybe it would be safe to request to be at a higher floor.

The staff very helpful and went out of the way it make a memorable stay and there were well staffed 😄. The spa and health club was very reasonable and good.

Good location a d excellent value for this hotel. You can tell it was quite the hotel back in the day, the restaurants are very good too!

when we asked for an iron, they said "no, it's not possible!" Hardly 4 star!

Good place and in the Center. Parking free and in the Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast rich and good. Evening with Liveband in the Bar. Thaimassage in the House was perfect. Come again.

Only one point showed up. It was the Karaokebar. You heard the bass of the Music still in the 12th floor. ( Musikbar was on the 4th floor. ) Maybe next time we choose the 16th floor. ;)
