I paid £14 per night. The room was very clean. The price included breakfast and WiFi. Nothing to complain about for £14. The night market was 10 meters from the main entrance. Kitchen and restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. Again, £14 a night - amazing.

Tv did not work but I did not mention to reception as I did not want to use it anyways

Close to the bus station & local shops. We just stopped here for one night as a stop over between bus journeys, Phitsanulok is a lovely city, lots of amazing temples and markets, would definitely return and spend more time here exploring.

The breakfast selection was poor, could maybe make a more European/Western friendly menu choice available.

Location is great if you want to stay close and walk from bus or train station. Lots of street food and several convenience stores nearby. Hotel rooms were recently renovated so everything is new and very clean inside the rooms. Rest of hotel is basic.

Rooms are a bit smaller than average. Poor wifi.

Great Location . View of street , City . Very Helpful Staff overall . I needed an extension cord for my Mac laptop charger (as they are too heavy for most , & certainly Thai wall sockets ) they lent me one for a couple of days . Nice . Lighting in the room was good - they had switches on bedside cabinets . Breakfast Included . Decent TV and a Fridge are a bonus .Very Clean . Fresh Towels & Water supplied . Workers were in certain areas of the hotel doing some pretty intensive renovations so the hotel should show some updating / improvements . All in all it's worth the price of admission for location and service . Thank you to all at U Thong .

Good location next to the night market, cafe, small shops & laundry. Breakfast is simple choice from 3 dishes. I wish there was some variety in the menu day to day. Everything is pretty spicy :)

Close to the Train station and loved the street market just down the street. Very good breakfast and service in the cafe.

The front desk staff was okay, but not as friendly and as helpful as all the other places I stayed in Thailand.

Perfect hotel! Everything was clean, the breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect! Right next to the huge night market and also next to a 7-11 and a pharmacy. It is convinient located between train station and bus terminal.

I had a comfortable stay in a room that had recently (?) been renovated to be modern. Very good place for budget travelers.

The stay included breakfast, but it was limited. For the price, should I be happy to get meals included(?)

Location was fantastic, 15 mins walk from the train station and right next to the night market. Not far from the river and the running track. Convenience stores very close. Hotel is large and clean with good WiFi. Room very good. Twin beds were comfortable and we could open the windows so didn't need to use the air-conditioning throughout the day. Breakfast was included with as much toast and coffee as I wanted. My partner had the pork and rice porridge which he said was delicious.

No vegetarian choice for breakfast other than toast and jam. Staff didn't speak English and I didn't take my phone down to translate as I would have asked for boiled rice and an egg if possible. Also didn't start until 7am so missed it on our second morning as we had to leave before 7am for the train.
