Loved this hotel. It’s very quiet bc of the thick concrete walls and high quality doors. I am a very light sleeper so I sleep with white noise - though there were roosters nearby, the white noise was enough to cover them up. I only heard them once I was awake. The hotel was new/modern/updated and the beds were comfy. Good hot showers and filtered water provided to guests for drinking. I debated booking this hotel bc it’s not on the beach but I’m so glad I didn’t waste my money on a beachfront property. You will likely go to so many different places every day (definitely rent a car - I went to a lot of historical sites, many different beaches, a dive shop, restaurants, etc) that it doesn’t really matter where on the island you stay bc you probably won’t spend a lot of time there. (Unless your goal is to just veg-out and do nothing but sit on the beach in front of your hotel, but then why come all the way to Saipan?) Chris was a great host and very helpful with recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Saipan and I would recommend this hotel to my friends. PS there was a very cute and friendly (outdoor) hotel cat :)

The place could be so much nicer if they would put an effort into cleaning the porch, the common kitchen and kitchen equipment. Had to buy my own bowl, cup and utensils for the week. The hotel doesn’t offer any kind of dining/drinking, so a car will be required to get to the nearest restaurants and supermarket.

I stayed there for one night, when traveling alone. Due to my tour schedule, I had to request some issues related to check in, and the Owner generously accepted that. It was such an amazing experience staying at Saipan Skyline Designers. Staffs were all kind. Furthermore, the window view with Pau Pau Beach and the jungle insight at once was such an amazing.

As the hotel is located little bit deep in San Roque village, you may need an car to get to the hotel. Except that, there were nothing that I didn't like.

Always a pleasure to stay here! The owner is very responsive and will do anything he can to help. Check in is easy and pleasant at any time. I love being able to use the kitchen!

The shower drain in my room was clogged and flooded the bathroom. Hopefully by now this has been seen to!

nice ocean view on a mountain, staff is very helpful and friendly. the room is very tidy and spacious, it provides all you might need. Hotel is located in a quite neighbourhood, you can enjoy the peace & calm with the beautiful view.

Had a great stay. The staff went above and beyond to drive me to my next location after staying with them. I was very satisfied with their customer service and care. I got a great picture of the ocean sunset from my window before leaving the hotel

Beautiful scenery from a hill. Good location to travel around the island. Very calm. Great service from the owner. Many trip activities to do on the island.

The entrance road is a bit tricky .

The location is perfect because of the view of the sunsets and mountains. The host is very informative and helpful. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. Will definitely come back next time we're in Saipan 🙂

The hotel is clean, with a contemporary design, with beautiful views of the water and Managaha and in a quiet neighborhood. The proprietor was courteous and accommodating. Great value for the price.

Nothing. Everything was great. It is a bit off the beaten path, so you definitely need a car to get anywhere (beach, grocery store, restaurants). I had a car so that was not an issue for me.
