Staff very friendly and helpful, double room very clean and comfortable

Apartment room had a strange musty smell that should be fixed asap, AC didn´t work properly, fridge turned off and defrosted when the room card was removed (ie when you left the room) and leaked all over the floor. Fridge should not be dependent on the room card being inserted, or at least give all guests 2 cards not one for the apartment room so they can leave the room and go visit the town without worry about the fridge defrosting.

We traveled by motorcycle and stayed at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the safe parking and the peaceful surroundings, which made for a relaxing stay after a long ride. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area – whether on two wheels or four!

The breakfast was not exceptional, slightly limited.

As far as we could tell, the receptionist is responsible for everything. I think there were few guests in the hotel during our stay, and there only appeared to be one person available to deal with us. The amenities (bar/food etc) are not available after 9 pm, so even if we were interested in buying more drinks/food, the service was not available, in fact, access to the lounge/dining area is completely shut off after 21:00 hours.

Although our stay was only 12 hours or so we were extremely comfortable, we slept very well. The young lady at reception was a breath of fresh air after a very long drive from the Uk. Our son & his young family were there to meet us on his drive from spain to the Uk, a surprise for his two small children. The receptionist was very helpful & accommodating. The room was lovely, the beds very comfortable. The location was very close to the motorway. My son managed to find McDonald’s for food for his family. Literally my only two things I could mention that would have improved our stay were that the bar & food closes at 9pm, 10pm would have been better and a kettle with tea & coffee in the room would have been welcomed ! We would still give a 4* and would definitely use again.

Staffs are really warm and willing to help at their best. Convenient to get coffee, hot water and so generous to use microwave to heat up food ~ Not many choice for dine out

Enjoyed the bar but it closed at 8pm on a Saturday.
