The room was a good size for the 4 of us; 2 adults 2 children (2,4) and the bathroom was big which was a plus. It was relatively quiet. The air conditioning worked well. It was clean. Staff was very friendly. The pool and some games outside were great for the kids. Also enough shade!

The pool only opens at 10am which is very late. We are used to opening hours of 8am which is much nicer with small children who are up early. Breakfast was too expensive as we are not big eaters so we didn’t choose it. The restaurant was unfortunately closed due to summer holidays.

Hotel was lovely. Clean and tidy. Bed was huge and super comfortable.

We did complain that the air con didn't seem to be working, but the staff member just shrugged her shoulders and didn't offer to get it looked at. Luckily the weather cooled down so we could open the window instead. Breakfast was nice but could have done with a few more hot items.

Clean, modern hotel. Secure, gated parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms. Michelin star restaurant attached to hotel and another restaurant next door. Nice sunset view from our room.

Buffet breakfast at €19 each felt a little expensive for 4 of us, so we just skipped breakfast.

The hotel was extremely welcoming. The ambiance and decor was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was above average size and very comfortable. Good lunch and bar service. An amazing choice at breakfast.

The hotel was not very near to the town although it is called Agen Central.

This was an overnight stay and it was lovely. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The breakfast was the best one we had had on our journey in Spain and France. A Steak House, MacDonalds, pizza place and a family run Chinese restaurant were within a two minute walk distance. We liked it here.

We really had a great stay. The location is perfect. The staff is truly amazing (caring , polite and smiling) The pool is a great asset as well as the basket ball set outside There are restaurants nearby

For travelling very easy to find and central position ,excellent restaurant on site,also best ever buffet breakfast

Bedroom excellent and comfortable but spoiled by stupid hand sink with non functioning plug , so always had to waste a lot of water!

It is within walking distance to the centre of town.I needed to be at Stade Armandie and this hotel is perfect for getting there. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely, warm, friendly and helpful.

Room was very large, very clean, very comfortable and very modern. The large bed was divine to sleep in. The staff were welcoming, polite and went out of their way to help.

The hotel was undergoing some renovation work when I was there which meant the main downstairs area was a work site and there was some drilling. The good news is that it will all be looking fresh and modern for the next guests.
