Ground floor accomodation large comfortable bed, TV had to be re programmed. Excellent large wet room for people with reduced mobility. AC worked well during our French heatwave.

People smoking outside the ground floor room, leaving the room to fill with cigarette smoke. Cigarette butts left lying around next to my car in the GIC parking bay and all around. We have had fires in my department (11- Aude) 16,000 ha were lost. In this Agen site there were no areas designated for smokers and no containers for their rejected cigarettes.

Excellent value, basic comfortable accommodation, and continental breakfast available onsite at reasonable extra cost. Eateries close by for dinner options.

Wasn't expecting much from this hotel chain, but the first room I was shown into smelled like the previous occupant had died there several weeks before... I think (hope) it was probably something to do with the drains.... Second room was OK, although rather worn out and shabby. This place needs an immediate overhaul!

Sheets were dirty, room smelled of smoke, towels were very old
