I didn't have breakfast - just coffee, for which I wasn't charged. My room was nice and big, with a very comfortable bed. It did get a little cold at night; there was a radiator, but it didn't seem to have much effect. Still, the heater in the bathroom was very efficient. I would have appreciated a slightly thicker curtain over the window on the patio door in the far corner, as I do like a dark bedroom, but the shutters over the main window worked fine. Altogther a very pleasant hotel, and good value.

Close to the Canal Deux Mers long distance cycle route and within a short walk to the centre of Agen. The property is an ideal stopover with secure overnight storage for bikes. The breakfast is excellent and can provide a hot choice. The accommodation is comfortable and good value for money.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was very fulsome, more akin to substantial German or English breakfasts. This was much apprecisted as we were on a bike tour. The accommodation was in the centre of Agen so there were plenty of restaurants to choose from, for dinner. Extremely spacious triple room.

There were several flights of stairs with no lift option as the house is a typical older European one. Our baggage was overly heavy, so the stairs were a nightmare.

Laetitia was extremely friendly and was very helpful to help me set up a medical appointment. The room is HUGE and COMPLETELY removated. It was quiet, and free street parking right in front of the accommodation. The aircon works great!

Don’t be discouraged by the old exterior , hallway and stairs of this hotel. The room is completely redone, and they are in the process of renovating the rest of the property

Super location, 5 mins walk from a host of restaurants, easy to find by bike during our Toulouse to Bordeaux canal cycle. Fantastic, friendly, lovely young Portugese lady who greeted us and served us a super spread for breakfast.

All excellent, really, really good value.

Good sized room with AC being installed and a small balcony facing the afternoon sun. Close to everything in Agen. Very helpful and competent host. Excellent facilities for bicycle travellers. Breakfast very good.

Let down by low shower which is over a bath, guarding to outside terrace too low and there is a lot of noise from the floor above

Clean, good sized recently renovated room in an old building, room, friendly staff, good location for walking into the old city, stored our bikes, good breakfast.

The hotel is very well situated, with easy access to the pedestrian city center and the train station. There are many options for eating around. The room was spacious. I really appreciated the small terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Problems with the air conditioning but I am sure the owners will be rectifying this.

The staff was so friendly, everything went smoothly despite a bit of a language barrier. The room was very clean and even though you can smell the building is old, the rooms are recently renovated, spacious and fresh with really good air conditioning. Definitely recommend!

There could’ve been something warm to eat for breakfast, but the selection was very wide and filling even without that.
