An amazing stay! We were visiting Gillette WY for a basketball tournament and we reserved a room for a party of three but ended up being a party of five... last minute. These changes expanded our reservation so I waited until I checked in to ask for a cot...but they didn't have one available. Without asking, they went above and beyond to upgrade our room to a suite with no change in cost! Just WOW..an absolute WOW! The hospitality was beyond my expectations and it carried throughout the weekend. For instance , Housekeeping tended to our room the next day and provided additional towels and toiletries to meet the needs of one adult and four teenagers. Thank you 🙏🏻😊 for making our stay a home away from home.

I have never stayed at this brand of hotel before, so wasn't sure what to expect. My family was very pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly, the entire hotel was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet, and the bathroom spacious with plenty of room for all of our toiletries. It was pricier than other chains in that location, but I was tired of dated, uncomfortable hotels at that point in our journey and felt it was worth the extra money.

A good place to stay: comfortable king bed; superb cleanliness in room & elsewhere; quiet; able, effective, pleasant staff; breakfast room, staff, and breakfast itself all better than average; convenient, clean, free parking. Only one working elevator caused a bit of waiting, but repairmen were there attending to the out-of-order second elevator.

Our room's thermostat didn't work. The air conditioner coped with the heat outside, but we weren't as able to regulate our room's temperature as we would have liked - and have been elsewhere.

Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Room was spacious, everything worked well as expected. Breakfast was excellent, kids loved the pancake maker. Would definitely stay again.

The pool and hot tub were nice, only complaint was the chemicals (chlorine etc) in the water were too strong. Made eyes burn and created bubbles/suds in the hot tub. Thankfully we had goggles for the kids, so it was manageable. Cleanliness is good but concentration of chemicals was over the top.

The Manager & the staff were very accommodating the gal that checked me in was very nice a helpful The gal that was over the breakfast every day keep every thing fresh and hot it was a good breakfast and plenty of variety

The only problem I had with this hotel I was there for 9 days and never could get them to freshen my room if I wanted clean towels or the garbage taken out I had to take my used towels to the front desk and trade If you weren't ready for them to freshen your room by 8:oo am they would not come back This is when I met the manager a very nice person that finally got something done on the 8 day other then this which was a biggie to me this is a nice Hotel

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was modern, the room was clean and spacious, the front desk worker was helpful and friendly, the breakfast had so many options to choose from that were hot and fresh and the price was extremely reasonable. I wish all of our hotel stays were like this one.

The lady working the breakfast was rude when I informed her the coffee was out.

The only reason I gave it a lower mark was because the elevator was broken during our stay. My brother, who was injured, had a lot of difficulty getting up and down the stairs. Staff did try to accommodate as much as possible, though! I guess I should’ve asked to be transferred to a first floor room. Other than that, everything was great!

This hotel has convinced us to stay at La Quinta's going forward. We've stayed in other La Quinta's which were really good too, but this one takes the cake. La Quinta seems to have found a great balance between affordability, service and offering, where so many other chains have faltered. Front desk guy was welcoming, smiling, and accommodating-despite checking in quite late. Rooms were spotless (new), and very very spacious and comfortable beds, etc. Hotel is very quiet, you don't hear any street noise or slamming doors, other conversations, etc.. Included breakfast is the best I have seen post-covid by far. I needed a quiet place to take a Zoom call and the same front desk guy proactivey offered and opened the conference room for me to take the call in there while having my breakfast. If you find yourself driving across the prairies of Wyoming, make this your pit stop!

I would have liked to enjoy the comfort for multiple nights.

Entire hotel including the grounds were immaculate each and every day. Delicious breakfast, cooked well, everything kept full. Tables could have been wiped clean more frequently but only one individual there to do it all and she was awesome! Comfortable beds with soft quality bedding. Love the attention to the small amenities like cookies late afternoon, to go snack with water , and hot coffee. Second time at a Wyndham and will continue to choose this company. Thank you.

Couch was Very hard on the back to sit on. Breakfast tables needed an occasional wipe down during breakfast.

The room costed less than half from what we paid around Grand Teton of Yellowstone, but it was by far the best hotel on our round-trip so far. Staff was efficient, breakfast was better than anywhere else, the beds were very good and you heard nothing of the nearby highway.
