I liked that the room had a back door that went straight out to the parking lot, right to my car.

The back door could have been sealed a bit better. There were gaps where you could see sunlight coming in. In the morning the lady in the room next door to mine sat in her doorway and started smoking. keeping the lit cigarette outside, but because my door wasn't sealed tightly, her smoke came right into my room. Not a good smell to be woken up by. The hotel does have a no smoking policy and the lady did find a loop hole, technically she was smoking outside. The hotel should require guests that smoke to step 25 feet away from the building.

It was nice and clean. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and allowed me to check on early. The room was clean, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. It was an older room but had a lot of upgrades. I stayed on the ground floor, and I loved the fact I could park in front of my room.

I liked the spacious room. I liked the two room doors, one to the hallway and one to my car. Bathroom shower was great

Ice machine was out of order. Someone knocked on my door at 6 am three times from the outside, waking me up.

Literally, shelter from a storm on a rainy day after travelling 9000 miles in our pickup. The lady who attended us in reception was nice and the room was well furnished although a little time-worn.

We had trouble with the manager who did not want to respect the price quoted on booking.com, even though I had the confirmation and price on my cell phone. After about 5 minutes of discussion he seemed to give up and the receptionist booked us into the room at the quoted price. A visitor was having a similar problem when we arrived but had used another booking agency. She left and did not get a room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Was surprised the shower was not updated. It's still blue lol. Did not effect anything, other updates were done.

Mot alot of other guests no noise comfortable bed good price. Fast and friendly staff. Will stay again in the future. Location was close to where I needed to be and traffic wasn't bad at all.

I couldn't stay longer. Didn't get to try the breakfast. Didn't do much bit sleep and shower and left to get back on the road.

We are always happy with our accommodations at the HO JO in Gillette. Lexii at the front desk was very helpful.

The breakfast offering was significantly different from previous years.

With a 3 night stay, I wasn't bothered by the cleaning staff. I encourage green minded hotels and prefer not to have cleaning people going through my room when I leave personal belongings there. Clean, great location to where I was working, and nice city with several tourist attractions.

The price was right and the location was great

No 24 hour coffee in the lobby.. however they did have a full-size coffee pot in the room, which was great

The continental breakfast was very lacking in options. I'm used to having more fruit options and yogurt options, so I didn't eat there. Also it breakfast rooms small, having 3 people in there with all the tables, got crowded.
