Beautiful and quality hotel with spacious room. Bathroom in the room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome with great wide variety of selection from English breakfast to Asian Cuisine.

There is no seating area outside of the hotel at night for people to relax and unwind because all the tables and chairs are kept away. The reception should have spare usb adapters for guest to use if needed urgently during the stay. Not many umbrella was available at the hotel for usage during the raining season and it was difficult to cross over to the shops nearby. Swimming pool did not provide towels and need to use from the room towels which is troublesome.

Much appreciation to Berry for taking care of our requests during our stay. He has been very helpful from the time he helped arrange our transfer from the terminal to our additional requests for the room and for helping me book for spa services. All the staff at the front of house were very friendly and accommodating and similarly to the team at Basil restaurant especially Rezka (sorry I can't remember how to spell her name!). Overall, we had a good stay. The space of the 3BR apartment was good for my family of 5. The options in the buffet breakfast spread was also great and had a lot of options. The shuttle service to various malls nearby was very convenient.

The apartment needs more outlets.

Location only 10 min from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal.I like rooms modern decoration and huge king bed that so comfortable.I take rooms with complimentary breakfast at The Basil Restaurant offers variety of Asian and international dishes.We stay from 10-14 Feb 2025,everyday we get excited because the buffet menu serve different menu.The overall staff is generally friendly and helpful especially Sella that come to our family table & really polite.

If u dont have transport little bit far if u want to walk to Nagoya Hill Mall.Dont worry its is easy to get grab.

They staff was really nice..they greeted u as u walked in through the glass Panel Door..The reception staffa ladywas really knowlegable as she was able to explain from A-Z regarding the hotel Facilities.i like that the staff gave me an option to switch from the Hotel to the Apartment as to suit my request for a smoking room as the Hotel Smoking rooms was Full. The breakfast spread was Awesome,the food was really delicious

I didnt like staying at the Apartment given which is Room 07-10 due to theres no soundproof..i could hear people talking,walking and slamming the door in the middle of the night at 2am..i could also hear someone playing marble at the top floor just above my room and running around at 3am..a bit dissapointed that i manage to get 4 hours of sleep..i made a request for housekeeping at 12noon at the reception however they came at 3pm when i just return from shopping and just about to rest,should have just taken the non smoking room option for better experience stay.

The location is near the city centre. The hotel is newer than many others. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel staff and managers from the front desk to the restaurant are very welcoming. The continentals breakfast is great with many varieties. The free rides to major shopping malls and hotel drivers are friendly and smiling face. The GROs are helpful and patient. The hotel offers a good and compatible rate for staying here.

We were on the 2nd floor , and our windows were facing the hotel portico cement roof. it's very hot and glaring sunlight that we had to draw up our curtains during the day.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. Rooms were clean and big. Staff were accommodating and helpful

Some policies like only having 2 towels per room when I needed an extra to swim, not proving cutleries for guests in the room when requested. I must say the staff were extremely accommodating and tactful when initially declining our request, they eventually help us with them. That said, such policies to have such restrictions should be reviewed from management please. Thanks :) A more regular shuttle to and fro the Nagoya Hill shopping area since there isn’t much shopping options in walking distance of the hotel. Your guests will love you for this!

Generous Room space. Spanking clean bathroom and glasses. Room with a view. Good breakfast variety for guests. Very courteous staffs. Gym facilities are good. Guests attended to at any moment and whim. Air-conditioning worked well. The sheets are fresh as i have sensitive skin. Room smells fresh as well. No sneezes when i entered. Great house-keeping!

Noisy guests during breakfast. I would opt for a children-free area and low-noise environment to eat my meal. I’d be happy to pay for that peaceful moment. Do provide fresh towels (medium size) for gym users. It would be better.

Its been quite a long while since I stayed here previously and I must say standard is still great!My room is very clean. Toilet is squeky clean too.Bed and pillows as cozy fantastic as ever too! We simply LOVE Aston's breakfast buffet.The fact that all the dishes are tasty is a huge fete as the buffet offers multiple choices of dishes.As we had 3 days to enjoy the bfast,we tried most of the dishes offered and kudos to their chef! My mother in law came in a wheelchair and for 3 consecutive days,Angee and her team reserved for us convenient seatings and that we were very grateful for. I needed to do some printing and front office kindly did it for me.(can't remember his name) but overall experiance at Aston Hotel and Apartment is very worth our money.Highly recommended!

Only that the water in the wash basin runs super slow and water from the bidet is also trickling.I stayed at room 518 so maybe hotel could look into it.Otherwise all is good!

First my family book at resident Aston..is apartment..we reach thr 2pm..and we get the room..all happy and the next morning our master bed room the toilet bowl choke after my pasmortion all smelly in the appt ment..I go down and see frontdest and tell everything..so I get replace the room..and the kettle problem.is spoil..call servicing and send new want..this is my first time book the apartment at resident Aston..and if can the single room put something like hang the cloth and side tables..that I not happy in the single only have 1 bed and 1 pillow..that all..how I want to heng my clothe and need to put thing at side table also dnt have...please look in to it

1) The staff Melly is super friendly and had proper orientation for us regarding how to go to our room, breakfast time and so many things. She is so kind and smiley. 2) Location is near to Nagoya Hill shopping mall. 3) There are swimming pool, gym and big dining hall in this hotel. 4) Our apartment has washing machine, fridge, water dispenser, microwave, crockery, kettle. 5) toiletries are provided.. 6) they allowed us to check in earlier since we arrived earlier and the room was ready. Thank you for you kind gesture..
