The Employees was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable

I did not see any mops on housekeepers carts, had to where flip flops in room all the time or feet would be black from the floor. Towels were old looking and musty. I like your place . And these things are very easy fix’s . Mop the floors and new linen.

The room and, actually, the entire facility was very clean. The staff were very helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my family. I will definitely be staying with them again on future trips to the area. The value was exceptional.

I didn't like that I couldn't check in before 3 PM without paying an extra fee. After driving all night though, I was more than willing to pay $15 for a shower and some rest. Also it took at least 12 hours for the refrigerator to get cold where it had been unplugged before we arrived and was very hot in the room upon arrival but the AC did work, just took a little bit to cool down.

Room was spacious. It suits our needs with adequate plug ins for phones, tablets, breathing machines. Good shower pressure. Ac worked really well as temperatures was in the high 90's. Bed is nice, a little low but we do get an accessible room. Good lighting. Staff is the best! We stay here often. we don't get up to eat breakfast, but the lobby area and breakfast area has been updated and is really nice looking.

Hotel could use a little cosmetic updates, but nothing terrible, Little things like paint chipping on some of the columns, chairs were a little outdated looking. We will stay here again because of the excellent staff

Very friendly service quiet rooms we came in from hurricane helene staff made us feel like we was home had plenty of room i would give this hotel a 9 out 10

Staff were very nice and respecting.

Free Breakfast was sparse. Mainly waffles and instant stuff. Cold water shower, zero Hot water. She said it would be lukewarm, but it was COLD.

I love Ms. April such a beautiful and wonderful person. She was so sweet and caring and I will be back again.

Everything was awesome... My son and I love the customer service and cleanliness.

Location and staff

Room was nice and clean. The Bed was comfortable. It was convenient to visiting family and friends in the Dublin area. Had stayed here several years ago which made us want to stay here again. We will probably stay here again some time in the future also.
