there was a screw up in that somehow, I had two rooms booked. The front desk staff got that taken care of and were friendly and professional. The room was clean quiet, and everything worked well. Then the reservation was supposed to be for two nights but the one we agreed to keep of the 2 made was only for 1 they called and straightened that out as well. I believe all the confusion was a computer glitch as mine had crashed while I was making the reservation. Once again, they handled it quickly and professionally, I will stay there again if I am in the area.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. I appreciated that the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers. Southern Pines Water Park was nearby as well.

I think there was a cocktail hour, but we weren't made aware of it.

One of the housekeeping staff was loudly knocking on room doors at 10:00 a.m., saying "housekeeping." When I opened my room door, she apologized and said she would be back. The front desk check-in area has a large sign stating that check-out is at 12:00 noon. It was very annoying to be awakened, disturbingly two hours before check-out.

The staff was in crisis mode, having lost power for a day and a half. They were so helpful and accommodating. Power had been on for 10 min when we got there. Our EV was low on power a day they allowed us to use an outdoor plug to gain power to get us to the next stop. Breakfast was great!

It was pricey, but given the hurricane and power outages, we were thankful to have a place to stay.

Near I-16. Lots of restaurants close by. Close to family.

TV. Most channels were in Spanish. We tried everything to fix it or figure out the problem, but we couldn’t. This was a disappointment. America first!

So clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Breakfast was not ready at 6 as advertised. They didn’t start putting it out until closer to 7 when we had to leave. We had to pick up breakfast on the way to our tournament.

The hotel was very clean. The room was nice and roomy! We had zero issues!

I liked that I was able to get a room on the first floor and go right out to my car when I needed to.

I did not like that when I showered the water didn’t seem to come out right from the shower head.

The staff was amazing, just super nice and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious, close to stores and restaurants and the breakfast was absolutely delicious....best pancakes I've ever had!! Would definitely recommend staying here and I will be staying here again whenever I'm in the area for sure!
