The staff are to its credit! Welcoming and willing to help. We only stayed 1 night. It was clean, although dated. We enjoyed having a bathtub in the room although it is showing its age.

It does not have connecting rooms. But they were able to give rooms side by side. The pool closes at 7pm, we reached at 7pm, so were not able to use the pool. You need to use a different lift to get to the pool. The King bed sags in the middle and not comfortable - book the twin beds if you can.

The room was just the right size and came equipped with a bathtub, which was a nice touch. Although the furniture was a bit dated, it was well maintained and added a cozy charm to the space. This was my second stay here, and we absolutely love it. The pool is one of our favorite features—it's never crowded, which makes for a relaxing experience. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

One thing to note: the iron is not provided in the room itself, but is available in a shared ironing room located at the end of the floor. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but good to know in advance.

i really like the breakfast it so delicious and many choices. the staff all so friendly. the front also very friendly. room clean. interior so beautiful like 5start hotel and the prize very very affordable.

the room was not sound proof because i still can hear other room do their things and up level room drag their chair or table very loud and make me overthinking during sleep. i was level 10 so level 11 so active at night haha. the bath tub maybe need some repair because the bath tub floor feel off and feel a bit slippery.

We booked Deluxe Twin Room for 2 nights in late Feb 2024. Parking was easy when we checked in, but when we left at night and came back, we had to queue to find a parking space. Our room was located in 8th floor with city view but it was quiet. The shower room was also good size. Toilet flushed well (the longest and noisiest flush ever😂) and very good shower. (The best shower in the hotels we stayed in Malaysia) If you want to have breakfast in the hotel, there is a cafe on the ground floor, which is RM35 per person (buffet). The swimming pool is quite small but very clean.

The receptionist did not give us much information on the hotel when we checked in. No information was given such as how to get to the room, where to have breakfast if we wanted, which floor for gym/swimming pool etc. WiFi internet is a joke. It is too slow. I even could not measure internet speed as it was too slow to connect. Swap your mobile data? Forget it. You can have 4G here but hardly get reception. I think the hotel needs to upgrade internet. Or just say “no internet”.

Location - Satisfied as very near to banks and food hunting. Room - Just need to upgrading. Upgrade to shower stand, remove bathtub. Modify the entrance door as hard to open. Breakfast - Excellent. Standard breakfast buffet to all hotels for 4 star. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and satisfied with the hotel service. Probably top management can consider to do upgrading floor by floor during low season.

Removed the bathtub - upgrade to shower as low cost maintenance.

Nice hotel in a good location. Good views. Frendly staff.

Overall it was nice, but a couple of maintenance issues as follows: Room 1206 1. Faucet in bathroom was very loose. 2. Double mattress needs support in the middle. Both people sleeping tend to roll into the middle, bumping into each other. Can be fun, but not ideal all night long.

The room was beautiful, clean, and up to our expectations. The location is good, too; it's easy to find restaurants, especially in the city center. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others if you are coming to Batu Pahat.

The TV and stations available are only the local channels. There is not much choice and no online options such as YouTube or Netflix, so we rarely open the TV and watch from our gadgets instead.

the swimming pool was amazing (it needs better signage to get there though), the hotel clean, staff super friendly. I felt at the Titanic when I was in the lobby, (very glamorous) I have to Mention Faizal (the parking guard) who was super friendly, helpful and took care of my bike.

the bathtub in the room needs a renovation asap, it was all flakey.

Location is close to eateries. Comfortable and clean hotel. I like that they have an iron room, where they provide 3 irons and tables, as well as a standing fan to keep cool (2nd picture).

Unsure why the lights were not switched on at the guest room lift lobbies (1st picture). Our toilet was also leaking.

Room was spacious and location is good. It's a 80s or 90s vibe kind of hotel. Receptionist was kind and friendly. There's plenty of parking area

The wifi could have been better. 5G and wifi on the upper floors was quite weak.
