Their warm staff

Their bias for Italians and the fact that 90% of the time they play Italian Music. Clearly, their focus is on Italians, and Italian Speaking clients.

The staff was very welcoming and responded immediately to any queries or requests I had. The location is perfect as you have the beach right in front of you. The room was cold enough with the AC. The wifi strength and speed at the reception area is fantastic. Rooms cleaned daily and cleaned well. Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Very fancy hotel bracelets with color code and nicely branded( sadly didn't get a picture of it).

The breakfast could have more variety especially on longer stays. The wifi doesn't reach the room or has a very poor signal strength. The bathroom especially the shower could use a bit of that 5 star hotel touch up. No “do not disturb” sign to avoid room cleaning when you decide to sleep in.

All the staff was amazing, very gentle people, helpful with anything you might need, always smiling, most of them speak multiple languages. The pool pool areas are green, spacious and very peaceful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The WiFi doesn't reach all the rooms. And it's pretty weak even in common areas, especially when a few people are connected. The beach boys should maybe be kept at a bigger distance as they are VERY insisting.

We visited during the off season so were one of the few guests staying at the property. The staff were SO nice and friendly and accommodated a late check out. The pool was amazing and super clean, the beach was also very nice. Wifi connectivity was great and stretched out to the pool. The only thing that could have been better was the AC in the room, it didn't work at times and when it did it didn't change the room temp very drastically. Overall very good experience.

Located right in front of the seven islands, with it’s private beach next to little shops. The pool is amazing, right temperature and really clean. Ping pong table, little boutique, nice bar with tables in the shade where we were playing cards. The buffet restaurant was excellent. We had everything we needed!

We had some spiders in the room… and I really hate spiders… Everything is written is italian, no english…

The location is perfect. Staff are friendly. Its right by their private beach so no outsiders bothering you at the beach. They have 3 swimming pools which is great. The kitchen was kind enough to cook us a meal as requested. Above all, the stay was perfect.

They dont have many food options. The have a variety for foreigners, and if you have a small kid especially they serve mostly dry foods. Most instructions, esp in the room pamphlets, are in italian. Think they should also consider translating.

Everything was awesome about the Seven Islands Resort from the location, staff and food just a few things to improve on like providing WiFi and intercoms for communication in the rooms then it will be 10/10. Otherwise loved my one week stay there!

The rooms don't have Wi-Fi and telephones for communication and also check out time is restricted to 10:00am they should be flexible like other places to extend to 12:00noon atleast.

I was fortunate to get a room with a sea view. While the rooms generally do face the sea, some are partially blocked by the palm trees. I enjoyed the beach. The hotel has arguably the best beach in Watamu. The biggest plus is access to the Islands between 6.30am to around noon during the low tide. All in all, its a great place. Oh, the hottest joint in town is next door, Papa remo.

The breakfast was dull, very limited options. I suppose because it was low season with few guests. Also, if you are making a natural juice, shouldn't add sugar. To their credit, however, they are willing to make accommodations to personal preference. Other than that, its a great place to stay.

Excellent resort in watamu right in front of the beach. Facilities were excellent, great daytime and evening entertainment, staff super friendly, food very good, buffet and live cooking stations. Staff all spoke Italian. The resort is part of a great Italian tour operator. Next door restaurant papà Remo is also very recommended with fresh seafood and nice atmosphere.

The whole set up and the food was great.

All announcements were for activities were done in Italian language only. The Saturday night with a party at Papa Remo next door was very loud.
