Location room every days clean, frendly personal , nice hotel ... Good for Familly and good location for Trips

Price for Doog 30er is To much because we are more hollydays and more Hotel and Pay max 15er per days for doog and have eating and water from hotel We anderstand you muss cleaning rooms and so wait ... And minimum We wait because we have smoll doog 1x wather nad snack for this price And you muss anderstanding Because Manager have Doog We hope for you Job good and better Because we have nice Hollydays be you we will back this for doog is do you make it better because is you job

Lovely hotel, situated about 5 mins walk from the gondola & other lifts. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was perfect - selection of continental & cooked. Nice bar area with a great selection of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a criticism of the hotel as we knew they didn't serve dinner, and possibly more releavnt to the time of year we visited, but I strongly recommend making reservations in advance at local restaurants - Ponte Di Legno town was very busy.

Great location and good value for money. Short walk to cable car station and into town. Lots of beautiful walks nearby. Breakfast was ample though majority sweet food and hardly any savoury options. Cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful when our son was sick. Ski room was handy for our trip and there is a secure bike room for summer. Wifi was great. There is a lift but it is quite slow so we often took the stairs.

Walls were like paper so could hear literally everything in the room next door.

The breakfast was excellent. I regularly woke up to the smell of fresh baked bread which was really nice. The staff were very helpful and the room modern and large. It was a short walk from the hotel to the ski lift that accessed all different parts of the terrain, which was great

The only complaint I have about this hotel is the walls are very thin, so I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Literally I was woken up multiple nights from their snoring, which was very annoying.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly ad helpful, especially the reception lady that was pregnant. My friend was feeling poorly on the last morning and didn't come down for breakfast, but I was allowed to take a hot drink and some food back to my room for her :-)

It's not what I didn't like but there is a notice in the bathroom asking customers to follow the ''reuse your towels' policy that my friend & I were more than happy to follow, but clean towels were given to us daily. Also a couple of plugs in the room were broken as we couldn't plug the plug into the wall socket. I think also that the complimentary body wash should have been mounted in the shower with the shampoo and not by the side of the sink as you had to take a handful at a time into the shower to wash. A little wrapped bar of soap would have been perfect by the side of the sink

the facilities are fantastic, the sauna and hot tab is very nice addition to your stay. friendly staff, good breakfast. 3 min walk to nearest lift is a great bonus. shops and restaurants 5-10 min walk

would like to have a kettle in the room as not possible to have a tea/coffee after 9pm. room was missing a tag "no bother" or similar to cancel cleaning

Very clean well maintained hotel in a great location for skiing. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast is fine with lots of different things to eat but maybe a little boring after a few days there.

The hotel has a nice boutique type bar that has hundreds of bottles of Wine, Champagne etc and a decent amount of bottled beer however despite all of this there is no Alcohol Free beer even though they have the reqular Forst beer which has a popular 0.0 version which is available in other places locally including the shop across the road. Being a non drinker in Ireland everywhere has at least 1 or 2 alcohol free options but its a bit hit or miss in Italy in general.

In general everything is very well set up, with helpful staff and a great location. The sauna was great and affordable.

The beds could be better for the price. And the pet fee, which was not announced to me on check in is very expensive, €25 per night for a pet is way too much.

Good standard, tasty breakfest, large and well equipped bike room, location close to the supermarket and some restaurants

There was no shower gel (the dispenser was empty), over 1km from village center, near the main road

Warm clean comfortable spacious bedroom well tidied by staff each day. Lovely hot shower 6 of 7 days. Pleasant lounge area Breakfast..plentiful supply Ample free car parking Great location...easy access to ski lifts and to good variety of restaurants nearby.

Lounge closing at 9pm every evening. Breakfast...too much space given to sweet pastries etc...maybe a bit more fresh fruit.
