The hotel has a lovely ambiance, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and my children were pleased with the fast wifi. The food options were plentiful, and the dining room was beautiful, serving a lovely breakfast with good coffee. The scenery was gorgeous, and the ski-in ski-out positioning was a nice feature, even if not entirely as expected.

Some dishes from the plentiful food options fell a little short. The ski-in ski-out positioning wasn't as accessible as we had hoped, with the ski room being located at the very back of the hotel. This required a long hike in skiboots (holding kids skis) to the tail end of piste 66 and an even longer one to the Groste lifts. It would have been better if the ski room were on the other side of the hotel or if guests could walk through the lobby to reach the back instead of having to go around.

TH Golf Hotel Madonna Di Campiglio is a unique and atmospheric place with a charming classic style. It stands out from modern hotels with its character and warmth. The food was exceptional, with plenty of high-quality options for both breakfast and dinner. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool and spa facilities were perfect for unwinding after skiing. The hotel is well-integrated with the ski school and kids’ activities, making it great for families. Plus, the on-site rental service is super convenient. With its great location and excellent amenities, this hotel has everything needed for a perfect ski trip. Highly recommend!

The Ski Room location is not ideal—you have to go around the building to reach the slopes. If the hotel could create a direct passage to the slope, it would be a significant improvement.

Perfect location right next to the ski slopes, close to Grosté. The view of the surrounding mountains is beautiful. Ski school and rental adjacent to the hotel as well. Handy shuttle service (when available). Spacious open parking available. Cozy room (daily cleaning) in a warm hotel including spa and swimming pool. Note of merit: incredibly friendly and attentive staff (hotel and restaurant) always ready to help. Delicious local cuisine at the restaurant for breakfast and half-board meals.

Need to download an app to check services and book certain activities. Despite the timetable (as per the app), the shuttle service to the city centre was not always available (not mentioned on the app). However, the hotel is walking distance (c. 25min) to the centre. Bed could be changed as well as the old stained (but cleaned) carpet.

I was extremely pleased with many points of our stay at the Golf Hotel. First, our room (the family suite) was very large and comfortable. There was a walk in closet that comfortably fit all of our ski clothes, helmets, regular clothes and storage for our suitcases (for 4 people) which was a real plus! The sitting area for watching tv was spacious and the kids had their twin size beds in another area of the suite. The view of the snowy mountain was breathtaking. Breakfast each morning was top notch, the service was amazing and the variety of foods were superb. The kids club was fun for our sons to hang out after dinner and play some table tennis with other kids, as well as other activities. Last but not least, the location of the Golf Hotel which was directly in front of the lift made it so easy to finish breakfast, get our skis out of the provided storage locker and that's it, we were there on the slopes! The lift is right in front of the hotel so there's no need to worry about transportation or anything. I found it very convenient that when i was done skiing for the day, i went and had a glass of wine sitting out on the deck and i could see my family coming down the end of the slope and getting back up on the lift. It was the best location! All in all i highly recommend staying at this hotel when skiing at Madonna di Campiglio

Our room was extremely warm and had to request the front desk to adjust the heating.. We had to open the window to get some cool air as it was too warm.

Great hotel with great facilities. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Close to slopes and Groste lift. Free parking was big plus.

Dinner was very poor and not tasty. Have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times already, but this time the food was bad.

Staff professionalism and readiness to help (kudos to Maria and Lara)... Ease of getting to the slopes, ski-out, ski-in... 5 mins to the city center by car - overall perfect position.

Smaller than expected rooms, the spa needs an upgrade...

everything was top notch, between the staff, the location, amenities and cleanliness we could not have had a better stay.

unfortunately someone had smoked in the room assigned to us but Federico went over the top to make sure we had a pleasant stay.
