This is a world class facility at a world class location. Breathtaking views from our gorgeous balcony - that photo was from our balcony!!! Brand new rooms with fantastic wooden interior - so new I could smell the wood. Beautiful warm indoor pool and nice gym. I have been staying in hotels for 40 years - this is highest value proposition hotel I have ever stayed.

WiFi was mediocre. The only reason that I noticed was everything else was so excellent, that I was 'pampered' Also I wish the gym was 24/7 - it closed a bit early. But but none of these things matter - the hotel was gorgeous.

Despite our late arrival, the check-in was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony view, and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable — the bedding was soft and clean, and we slept like babies. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and the provided toiletries were of good quality. Parking was also excellent — spacious and convenient even for a large car.

The bartender refused to serve us even though the bar was still open according to the posted hours. As a result, we had to go into town for a drink — thanks to that, we discovered a great bar and ended up spending quite a bit there.

Spacious and comfortable room, clean, and equiped kitchenette. Nice terrace with a wood view. Friendly and helpfull girl receptionist and also the guy who works at the bar. Rich and tasty breakfast.

Our garage space was a little far away, in another building (the hotel consists of 2 buildings). The other thing is actually my fault because I didn't read the descriptions in detail - these unites are treated as apartments, not hotel rooms. However, it is a bit unusual. Since you don't have means for maintenance and a washing machine in the unit, if you want your room cleaned and towels changed, you have to pay extra for that service. I need to repeat myself, this is written in the description of the accommodation, but the entire presentation on the booking.com is a bit misleading, and it looks like a regular hotel. It would also be nice to have a coffee maker and a microwave in the room.

Location right next to ski lifts for runs 50 and 60. Very convenient. Apparently there is ski to door at the back that we came to know when we were leaving. Good restaurant. Spacious rooms. Great view from the balcony. Parking space. Ski rooms (however renovation is required). Good pool facilities.

Breakfast was good, however mostly pork. I’d suggest adding chicken or beef sausages and turkey ham for those who doesn’t eat pork.

Everything was perfect, the room cozy and fully equipped, with incredible mountain views. The location next to the ski lifts with ski in-out and direct access to the slopes. Has a ski locker to storage your equipment. The pool, the food at the restaurant. The closeness to the village. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful.

There is nothing to complain about

Ambiez is located almost next to the lift, so it is great for hiking in summer or skiing in winter. it is 20min to the centre of Madonna though. all the facilities are very clean, pool is nice and surprisingly not overcrowded. apartments are fine.

we had an air ventilation on the grass below our apartment (108), which was very noisy at night. if you close windows you cannot hear it. the restaurant is fine for breakfasts, mediocre for dinners. I would rate it subpar compared to an Italian standard, which is generally high.

Great place to have it all - gim, kitchenette, pool and the most important part - the location!

These are hot days also in the mountains , it would be good to have air conditioners The soaps and toilet paper were not enough for family stay, should put more in advance. The kitchen is too small

The location is fantastic accessible to several trekking areas, good apartments with all necessary, welcoming and friendly staff.

The recycling garbage needs to be taken to the recycling station by the guest and it is uncomfortable since you need to cross the main areas of the hotel as reception with bags of trash in your hands. It could be done in a different way.

The pool and garage parking was very Convenient. Spa was ok, but with a jacuzzi it would have been perfect.

The waitress in the restaurant was not friendly. Bringing wrong food and they don't give you any tab water in the alps. Serving the sup with finger in it is not the way you serve a meal.

Very nice hotel,close to cable cars and downtown nearby. It was worth the money with nice swimming pool, gym , walking trails close by and nice restaurants as well. The staff are amazing and lovely people!!!

would have been ice on the cake if breakfast was included in price!
