The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. But the best feature about the whole place was our host, Matt. He was very responsive when I was booking the room. He knew a lot about the via ferrata climbing routes, which I had not expected. With his help, we selected an awesome route! He gave us a ride to the tram after he dropped his daughter off at school. He helped us secure Trentino Guest Passes, which saved a lot of money for local transportation. Lastly, he helped us with bus schedules. Of all the people we met in Italy over 12 days, Matt was the most helpful, genuine, and nice person we met ( and we met a lot of nice people)! One of the mountaineering guides from Explore-Share recommended Garni Arnica, and he was spot on. Thanks for everything, Matt!!

We were perfectly satisfied.

The location is perfect, can't be any more central than that with super easy access to 5 Laghi but also Belvedere, Spinale and Pradalago. We've been everywhere in Campiglio over the years but you can't beat Arnica's spot!

the shower box is very very small, I'm "fully bodied" but anyone over 6 feet would struggle to shower.

Location, staff, decor of rooms and hotel and the breakfast was wonderful

The only slight negative was the sound proofing between the rooms isn’t great. We were woken up by the neighbouring guests a few times coming in very late but the hotel manager was very good to speak to them about it and from then on it wasn’t a problem

Mateo and his family were above and beyond helpful ! Nothing was too much trouble. Location was convenient near lifts shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and tidy and the well mess centre is fantastic after a day’s skiing.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Very clean.

The coffee at the hotel breakfast was terrible tasting.

Breakfast was simple continental and good quality. Location was perfect for the middle of town, shops, bars and restaurants.

We are very happy that we've chosen this hotel for our ski vacation. The location is perfect - few minutes walk to the Chinque Laggi or Miramonti chairlifts, and for the way back the slopes Belvedere (number 55) or 85 near Miramonti end just near the hotel. The hotel owner, Matteo, is very nice, gave us lots of advices and responded to all our requests. The room is beautifully designed. Wide variety of cakes for the breakfast, but for those, who are not used to very sweet Italian breakfasts, can order an omelette as well.
