The hotel is centrally located in one of the quieter areas of Santos. We had a very large suite with a nice view. The suite was very well equipped as can be seen at Booking. Two toilets, one bathroom with a strong shower and good quality towels Very comfortable bed with good quality white bedclothes. Two good aircons. Good lighting. Good breakfast served in a nice breakfast room. Three fast elevators. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julio.

Check-in at 4 p.m. only.

Room size was awesome, we could take a look at the every cuise ships that leaving the bay, the beds size was also perfect. The hotel is near a big shopping mall, It is a rather away to go walking, but it is less than 5 minutes by car.

The hotel is great for people from the sips that stays a couple of nights, I believe that we were the only family on the whole hotel. The restaurant was missing basic meal options for kids, the shower did not function well, I believe it was because we were on the upper levels, , the cold water pressure was inadequate. The elevators take some time to show up, we had problems making the key to be recognized by the evelator sometimes.

Although expensive, the available space in the room was awesome, it looks like a flat. The hotel is somewhere near the Santos seaport.

The AC in the main room was not working, although it was winter, it was uncomfortable not to have it working. The hotel tried to fix it but couldn't make it work. The sheets in the smaller bedroom were not smelling good, I had to put them inside a bag in order to ease the discomfort.

The shower was amazingly strong, the bed super comfortable. I forgot my Apple Watch and they returned, honesty was highly appreciated being Brazil.

Internet was playing up a bit, having to pay 30 reais per day to park in the garage was the worst and not having anyone to help with the luggage was also not nice.

Clean and fit for purpose. The staff is very friendly and will do what they can to accommodate the needs. We were able to check in earlier than usual without additional costs.

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff allowed me to check in earlier than 4pm after I’d had a very long international flight. I was very grateful. breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. there’s a supermarket and pharmacy close by.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. I would stay here again.

Everything is very organised and the staff are polite and nice. We didn’t had any problem since the checkin till the checkout. :)

This is not the first time I stayed in the hotel, the location is good and the hotel and staff are great!

the sink faucet had only hot water. if you turn off the air, at some point you smell cigarettes.
