The breakfast is one of the best that I have seen. "Outstanding" and highly recommended to all business travelers. There are a lot of tables in the dinning hall and the service in the dinner room, both for breakfast and dinner , are excellent. Rooms with view of the lake and the park, and worth the extra $ as compared with nearby 5 stars hotel. I have tried many of them.

The check in process has to be refined. Exceptional slow as compared any other hotels in the area. There was no line up but almost take me 15 minutes to get a room assigned. Need major improvement.

The staff, most especially Tony the concierge, another young concierge who I do not get the name of, and Kristin the bar lady, are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We could not have got around without Tony’s help. The property is very well situated, with a shopping mall full of restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well fitted out. The bar and eating areas are great.

The breakfast was as I had expected, no surprise, as I have been staying in the hotel a number of times. The location was perfect for the meetings I needed to attend, just the opposite side of the hotel.

The welcome drink did not come with some nuts.

Even simple English breakfdast tea was not available in the breakfast? The Chinese Tea only serve with Black Tea but no others, at least should also serve any kind of green tea, right? Besides I'm a Chinese but the front still mesh up which is my Last name (IP instead). Looks they are not familar with your own system input.

Breakfast was excellent, with numerous options, and the hotel's location is ideal, near the riverside. Staff were really helpful, particularly Ms. Veronica, who provided excellent support and information.

just wish to improve the gym equipment.

Wi fi is very poor. .It never works. wi fi in the hotel, restricts use of google and youtube for search engine. In india we are use to google.com and YouTube.

We came here many times before. The location suits with my suppliers location.

My room-neighbours were smoking even though it was a non-smoking floor. The opened the door to the hallway to let the smoke out. There was no smell in my room, so no problem. And the staff went up to speak to them, so solved good.

Special mention to Tony, chief concierge, for being so personable and helpful.

There was some confusion about our booking, although it was eventually settled.
