The hotel has very homelike atmosphere with kind staff, with ultimate clean. Near the beach, children friendly, calm part of the city,they provided us parking.Near the restaurants, markets. Wonderfull experience - hope visit them again!

Everything was perfect

It is close to the beach. Staff is very friendly. It is close to the bus station, so you are in 15min in the city center.

The shower was not divided by some shower screen, and after taking of shower the whole toilet is wet, However, it dries very fast, and is totally fine if you are staying for few days. The place is a bit far from the city center if you go by foot, but with a public transport you need approx. 15min, what is totally fine.

We had an amazing stay. The location is a 10+ very close to the beach (including public beaches) and also to restaurants, markets and everything one might need while on vacation. Not so close to the city center, but I actually prefer so. Yet you could easily walk or take a bus there. The staff was super nice and welcoming and the breakfast was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Everything was fine and super clean, as said before, but the bathroom could use a little renovation. Also, the towels were not so good, maybe someone more demanding would prefer to take their own.

The shower above toilet threw us off a bit, fan wasn't working properly, so didn't the shades, but we didn't reported cause we forgot. I'm sure they would figure it out

Ronconi, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was sufficient for the day. You can enjoy your breakfast with delicious croissants and pies, as well as many different beverages.

The location is very good. Very close to the beach and good connection to the center. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. Very good hotel for this price 🙂

The stuff was very very friendly, with a smile and helpful! Breakfast das delicious (eggs, cheese, ham, bread, something sweet as cookies, croisants, cakes and juices). Room was comfortable and clean. Localication 10/10 - 3 minutes and you are on the beach.

For 3 person the room is a bit small.

Not having been to Rimini before,we would have chosen a different location as most of our time was spent at the Feria which was on the other side of Rimini
