The location was very close to the town centre, the church and the old port. It was also very quiet. The breakfasts and other meals were delicious.
The only thing is that I would have welcomed a lift because I was on the third floor. However the management went out of their way to assist me. And it proved to be excellent exercise for me.

Nice comfy hotel in centre of Roscoff handy for all the local facilities. Pleasant en suite bedroom with own shower and hair dryer. Double bed with nice linen. Hot fresh croissants for breakfast with warm French bread and tea or coffee made a refreshing start for the day. Atmospheric dining room with live lobsters and crabs in large tank located in the window area.
Although a kettle was provided there was no tea or coffee in the room. Two flights of stairs to climb as no lift facility.

We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Home made bread jam ice cream good coffee. Room 8 at top with sea view. Family run hotel in true sense. Authentic. Great value and food excellent. Read other negative reviews and cannot understand. Main man is a character and daughter serves food. In heart of Roscoff in old building. Excellent stay with sea view.

Restaurant very good for dinner and for breakfast. Location in centre of town. Proprietor was quite a character and very proud of his establishment. The bed and the room were comfortable.
The general cleanliness of the room was very poor although the bedding and towels were spotless.

Although my room was up 3 flights of stairs, it was worth it for the view. Gilbert was a most helpful and hospitable host. I came and went as I pleased. A very comfortable 2 night stay in lovely Roscoff.
The only criticism is that the shower could be rid of several dark mould spots. Otherwise the bathroom was spotless and well equipped.

Very good restaurant, breakfast with home made assortment of jams. Hotel and restaurant is both run by the owners, a very friendly and lovely couple. She speaks only French, he speaks some English as well.
Everything fine. Steps are narrow because it is a very old building, just for information. Nice and charming, just a few rooms in this small hotel so it is often fully booked.

The room was bigger than expected and the lady who took our reservation was nice and welcoming. The location was in the heart of the old town and the port.
The man in the Restaurant was rude and arrogant in the morning at breakfast and the evening for dinner. Would not recommend to eat here because of him.

The breakfast was very good if you like a French-style breakfast - which I do! Good coffee, nice bread and both a croissant and a pain au chocolat, with 2 or 3 different types of home-made jam. It was a generous breakfast, with 4 bread items and, on morning 1, I was offered a 2nd cup of coffee - which I took! The location is perfect for Roscoff and I think the accommodation is good value for money. Ok, it isn't the Ritz ... but it has character, it feels authentic and is not provided by just another predictable hotel chain. We did not eat in the restaurant but I suspect it would have been good. I would recommend this establishment to almost anyone, perhaps with the exception of the very old as the staircase is just a little bit demanding! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Excellent value for money. I thought the owners were very nice too - I felt welcome and accepted despite my 'pigeon French'!
There is not much that could have been any better ... just don't expect the Ritz! ... but the rooms were clean enough and had some character to them.

Located within the picturesque town of Roscoff so possible to walk around the harbour and associated shops and restaurants. Less than 5 minute drive to the port, especially good for an early sailing.
Being situated in the old town it is necessary to use public parking, less than two minutes walk away. Day time charges apply in the season. Nothing to do with the hotel but the railway station is closed, the town is missing a trick to get visitors in without cars. Had to say that.

Excellent situation right in the town centre.
Facilities were not great. Possibly because the restaurant is closed Mon/Tues and no staff in reception after the last check in. Kettle and cups in the room but no ingredients.
