Very clean,spacious and comfortably!

The presence online, specially in booking.com is not answering all questions. No prompt answer by chat box or email. Par example only after booking the room I got the info, that I can't stay in that room, which I booked because of the dog and the restaurant table reservation link didn't work, so you're in believe to stay without food.

Comfortable, very clean, and good-sized rooms. The shower was especially nice: large. enclosed (so no splatter). good pressure, and plenty of hot water. The folks at the reception desk and restaurant were all very nice and helpful. Plenty of free parking. Lots of nearby walking/running trails. Convenient to the Autobahn (yet surprisingly quiet). We also ate dinner there and were very happy with the restaurant, plus the locally-brewed beer was quite good--and the room came with complimentary beers! It's also a very attractive facility inside. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to use the sauna, but it looked nice.

A kettle would have been nice. and maybe had we asked at the front desk one was available, but because we had one of our own, we didn't ask. Also a refrigerator would have been a nice plus, though it being January, the balcony was a good substitute

The location was perfect to stop between Italy and the Czech Republic to recover a bit from traveling. The hotel has a spa area which was recently renovated I think with much taste. The personnel was kind both at reception and in the restaurant.

Right size rooms with classic style interior. Two bottles of their own produced beer is a gift for the guests that we appreciated a lot. Room and bed was comfortable. The restaurant is super, extremely delicious and nice range of meals offered. We loved the beer (and the gin) and the possibility to purchase meant that we left with great packages.

Very nice accommodations for a remote location. Very clean room with a balcony. Super comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Lots of EV chargers in the parking lot if you need that sort of thing.

Convenient location for travellers to Italy like us. Great food, nice room and amazing spa!

Somewhat complicated to speak English with the personnel.

The restaurant was very poor quality, no English menu, waitresses was ignored the English language. Our dinner was very poor.

I loved everything and I am a regular every time i stop in the area. Beautiful hotel, room, breakfast, nice outdoor area including for kids. Very nice personnel

This is a perfect hotel ! I am travelling quite a lot and I am not saying this lightly. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room comfy, the outdoor area is amazing with a large playground for the kids, plenty of hiking around, breakfast is very good, the personnel is very nice. I will definitely come back.

Great position surrounded by the countryside but still easy to reach, excellent food, super clean. Definitely recommended.
