People, great customer service and atmosphere. The staff was amazing, Kerli at the restaurant made our day every time we went for a meal, the service was excellent. And Merike and Ain - massage therapist were amazing. I can’t remember reception personnel names but everyone was amazing, Thank you guys!!!

Loved everything

Nice surroundings and a good selection of pools and saunas. The rooms are clean. The family room is spacious and without a wall to wall carpet. Restaurant on site is good.

The standard room is a bit small and the shower curtain clings to the body... Only one good chair.

Spa is quiet and nice, outdoor Saunas are exelent + You can go to swim to ice hole. Breakfast is ok, coffee is good, barman offers good vines. Outdoor walk in forest around hotel is exelent.

Maybe a bit older interior in some places but it is OK.

It is fantastic place surrounded by pine forest, with excellent spa and sauna. Breakfast is very good and having different options each morning. Room is extremely clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the robes with which was very comfortable to go to spa and sauna. Spa and sauna area is fabulous - extremely taken care, comfortable and clean, real place to relax.

Very beutifull and quite place - surrounded by lots of lakes and forests . Spa was great many pools and saunas and few jacuzzi...a little bit over populated though. Breakfast was excellent In general - restaurant staff was great and food was excellent (and it is important since the hotel is in remote location and if you need to get any other food you have to drive/walk 4 km to the near town)

2 outside sauna's worked only on weekend and the staff did not state it very clear Additional services like massages of different types (one of the benefits that had caught our eye during booking), but happened to be not so much available - almost all slots booked - looks like the hotel is under-staffed with massage specialists The room is a little old design the shower is not so good

Such a lovely place. Beautiful surroundings and plenty to do for adults and children in the spa. Food was amazing for breakfast and both dinners we had there. Positive surprise was that they had a play room which my children really enjoyed. Absolute gem of a place, can’t wait to come back.

The food was really good, both the dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast in the morning. The spa treatment (scrub and massage) was very relaxing and we enjoyed the different saunas.

The beds (while comfy) were a bit narrow and the swimming pool a bit small, but these are minor nitpicks.

Spa with saunas, pools and breakfast were very good. Coffee machine is excellent! Staff was helpful, professional.

Although I liked everything, it could be even better if the outdoor saunas were open even during the weekdays. It’s understandable that two saunas are closed in the morning but would be much more appreciated if they announce the night earlier WHICH saunas will be closed the next morning.

Everything was nice. the breakfast was good, the location was perfect for relaxing. Nice spa procedures, for quite affordable price.

The spa with pools is quite small. The full bus with tourists from Finland came at the same time, and they just filled the whole spa. All saunas, all pools and bars were occupied by one sec. So, the spa is quite small.

Very nice surroundings, quite an intimate hotel, with friendly staff. The spa was small but very nice, especially for the price.

It would have been nice to have had access to the lake after the sauna.
