Modern and cozy Luxury Suite, quality kitchen with all necessary equipment (we're cooking), delicious coffee (capsules), large and comfortable bed, TV with channels (No SmartTV). Responsive and friendly hotel receptionist. Good sauna on the 7th floor with terrace and charming landscape view. The hotel located in a beautiful an quite place. Excellent restaurant on the 1th floor - delicious, prices matches the quality. If we travel to Otepaa again, we will gladly return to this hotel.

We didn't find any flaws. Everything is thought out for a good rest.

Great location. Perfect surroundings if you are travelling with a dog. Staff and service were excellent.

Nothing much. Just tiny things, as there is coffee in rooms but no cream or milk. Heating is not the greatest, but I guess if you are travelling in summer, then its ok but in winter is a bit cold, especially in the bathroom. Restaurant is good but bit overpriced for food that they serve. But there is not a lot other options.

We chose the GMP Clubhotel for it's location and access to local facilities. It is conveniently located to go into Otepaa to get everything we needed. The facitilties at the apartment are excellent and it was very comfortable. It is located on the shore of the lake Puhajarve and there are extensive walks around the lake.

Flat is very clean and modern, I was travelling with family of 4 people hence booked 75sq m flat, it was enough space for us. Property has its own parking and located just in front of the lake and next to the beach. Check in and check out went smoothly, flat is well equipped, we have enjoyed our stay.

We booked breakfast which was good, but I think choice was a bit limited for the price. In addition, we had dinner in the restaurant, which is considered to be one of the very good ones in the region, however, I found it alright - staff could be a bit more friendlier and attentive, we got a better service in a simple restaurant in a small village next to Peipsi lake than here, prices are above average for the dishes, I had higher expectations..

I have been there multiple times and every time I’ve been very satisfied. Everything is very beautiful and clean, I always sleep well there, and the service is excellent.

Size of the room, top class restaurant experience.

The rooms are not quite equipped the way to be called luxury appartments. The luxury appartment we rented was very spacious in the sitting area with a vast empty space (it looked like it was lacking some furniture that had been removed - a sofa, maybe? ) and a small table with only two chairs whereas the sleeping area was crammed.

Nice room, clean. Nice sauna on top floor. Ev charger!

Only Two minor things: extra bed was quite spartan. Restaurant wants to be high-end... it's not bad, but for these prices you can get in many places all around Estonia remarkable better food.

I loved the apartment. Lot of sun light and cozy. Quality equipment and kitchen. Beautiful location with clean lake near the hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Very well located, just meters from the lake Pühajärve. Children’s playground as well next to the hotel. Very good breakfast!

Really very tasty healthy breakfast delivered in to the room. Beautiful, comfortable place to relax and enjoy each other
