I think everything was perfect. Very good parking facilities. At first I was a little worried about the room, as I was hoping to an upgrade (unfortunately the deluxe room was booked already), everything turned out to be superb. 5 of us fitted nicely in the room. The room was very clean and nice. The spa was just literally next to our room and the spa was amazing. The breakfast was perfect. Coffee was delicious. I would like to thank all the staff for the stay, but especially Richard and Ragne. They made the stay for us very special and unforgettable. They were just brilliant. Thank you! You made my daughters birthday very special.

We was first time customers there and had a weekend stay there. From 4th floor, had a spectacular view to the nowhere (oposite houses). As we had our 10th wedding date - hotel personal met us with a bottle of champagne into our reserved apartment. Room was spacious and well equiped with stylish interior. We appreciate that. Breakfast was excellent, with wide choices and selections including fresh salomon, champagne etc. Very nice attitude from the personal. Dinner we took in hotels many-awards awarded restaurant Joyce. Meals was delicious and we recommend to order a Chef's menu. Very close to the AHHA centre. Thank you!
A bit overpriced for what you get. Pool was very crowded and with too cold water. Parking space costs 25 euro per night.

Excellent for families with little kids. Spa area is very warm and there are lots of different saunas. Plus points for the spa area having not only 2 pools for babies but also one large 75cm deep pool for bigger kids to practice swimming safely. It’s also convenient that you can go to grocery stores or restaurants in the same building without having to step outside. Staff is very well trained so the service and communication was better than in most Estonian hotels/restaurants. Breakfast selection was small but that was not an issue as it still had everything one would need and the quality of food was also much better than in other Estonian spas.
Not really an issue but it would be great if the spa area would have more water stations where you could get an actual cup to drink from. You can get a cup from the bar to drink water after saunas but it would be better if there was better access to water in the area where the saunas are (don’t mean the ones where you have to drink directly from the tap as it’s rather inconvenient).

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s very comfortable, modern, and luxurious. The parking in the same building was incredibly convenient, and having a variety of restaurants in the mall nearby was a great bonus. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was located right next to the spa area, which made accessing it super easy and added to the overall relaxation of our stay. Highly recommended!
The parking in the mall is costly, costing 25 euros per 24 hours. It would be great if the hotel offered a discount for guests. Our room had a dividing wall between the kids’ area and our bed, but unfortunately, our side didn’t have a window, making the room feel a bit dark. The transparent bathroom doors didn’t provide the level of privacy we had hoped for, which was slightly uncomfortable. The spa was another issue. It was overcrowded, feeling more like a water park than a relaxing spa. Too many kids behaving poorly disrupted the atmosphere. I’d suggest prioritizing access for hotel guests and limiting the number of outside visitors. The spa was less crowded on the second day, but only early in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I was particularly impressed by the pleasant and refreshing scent in the rooms—it added such a welcoming touch. The spa area was incredibly spacious and well-maintained, offering a relaxing escape. I also loved the fact that there was unlimited access to the spa zone, allowing me to unwind whenever I wanted. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
Overall, the hotel was lovely, but I was disappointed with the comfort of the extra beds. They were quite uncomfortable and didn’t provide the rest we were hoping for. It’s something to consider improving, as it could make the stay more enjoyable for guests needing additional sleeping arrangements.

We had an amazing stay at Vspa in Tartu! The suite was perfect for our family – incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the kids to play and relax. They absolutely loved it, and so did we. The spa was a highlight of our stay – it’s beautifully designed, very clean, and has so many options to unwind and enjoy. We especially loved the family-friendly atmosphere and how relaxing the experience was for everyone. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from, catering to both kids and adults. It was the perfect way to start our day.
While our overall stay was fantastic, there was one thing that could have been better. The refillable bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the suite weren’t as clean as expected. It was clear they’d been used by multiple guests before, which was a bit disappointing. Given the premium price we paid for the suite, we expected everything, including toiletries, to be spotless and of the highest standard. A little extra attention to detail in this area would make a big difference.

Very clean nice hotel. Staff came in daily and cleaned. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a small sofa to sit on. Location is a 15 minute walk to historic center and less than 5 minute walk to two large shopping malls with restaurants and grocery store. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices and most were good. There was also one bottle of sparkling wine every morning; it was just unfortunate that once it was empty, a second one was not brought out. They keep replenishing the food until 10:15 but breakfast promptly ends at 10:30 and everything is immediately taken away. I bought a one day (4 hour) full spa package and I’m glad I bought the full package because the salt and sauna worlds were the most relaxing; the large area with the pools, even though very nice, was full of screaming children so not very relaxing. There was a full bar selling alcohol in the spa. And as others have mentioned, make sure you have flip-flops. You could also tell a lot of people at the spa were not hotel guests (you can access the spa directly from the mall). I also got a facial at the spa, which was absolutely amazing!
Would have preferred the bed to be a king or queen and not two twins. A top sheet would have been nice - the duvet was too hot and I did not like having to turn up the air-conditioning in order to not be hot in bed. I would not consider it a conference center hotel but more of a family hotel - it was filled with families with lots of small children who always seemed to be running in the hallways and around the breakfast buffet. I even saw a child riding his bike in the hallway.

Good size rooms with nice furniture, comfy beds, good solutions of lights. Spa with lot of facilities, different saunas, places to be and relax. Really good and full of suprise dinner at Joyce restaurant. Super easy to go for a shopping because the hotel is situated in same building :)
You really should re-think about the shoes provided by hotel for going to the spa... totaly understand you want to offer full service for clients who might have forgotten to bring their flip-flops with them but in other hand it creates sooooo much trash, because people are using them just once or twice, and it isn´t environment friendly. Years ago Georg Ots SPA had flip-flops for that. They washed and disinfected those.. at least these were re-usable. Maybe there is a point.... because this is the trash and consumption which is is easily avoidable. Small change but huge effect.

The room was very big, lovely views, lovely bathroom, easy to check in, and out, we enjoyed the spa, as lots of saunas, swimming pools, hot tubs, baths salt room,. We enjoyed our breakfast, lovely area for hot, and cold food, and also both cold, and hot drinks. Easy to use lifts with key cards for room, and entrance to spa, had special wrist bands for spa, which covered all saunas, swimming, and use of spa bar, the wrist bands give you entrance, and exit to spa, from hotel reception, when booking rooms, etc.
nothing to put here, all was great.
