The breakfast was fantastic! The room was very clean and cozy! Very good location close to the bus stop, supermarket and restaurants. It was very easy to check in and to check out online. Entrance with the code, very convenient. Both stairs and elevator are available.

I would prefer few more benches in this smaller gym in the basement. Maybe few exercising machines, if that's possible. It was fine, but it felt it could be better. I didn't really get the sauna concept regarding showering. People should get a place, where they can have a closed cabin to wash themselves after the sauna, not the transparent one. I was alone at that time though, but I don't get it how it works, when other people are using sauna as well. It would be nice bonus, if a hostel offered a pair of slippers. Luckily I had mine.

The room had everything I needed – it was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is excellent, with cafes, restaurants, and art spaces just a 2-minute walk away. Communication with the support team was fast and pleasant; they were very accommodating and eager to help.

On the last night of my stay, the electricity in the room unexpectedly went out, which caused some inconvenience. However, someone was promptly sent to fix it in the morning. Additionally, I wanted to buy breakfast on-site, but when I went downstairs in the morning, I couldn’t find any staff members, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Excellent hostel, I recommend it! The price matches the quality. Everything is clean and thought out from the moment you receive the key until you check out of the room. The room has a shower with a toilet, as well as all the necessary utensils and a kettle. It is convenient that the room has shelves, hangers for clothes and sockets next to the bed. Convenient location, right in the city center and 100 km from customs. We did not immediately find the entrance to the parking lot, because we arrived at night and in bad weather, and it is not so easy to notice. I took photos of the entrance to the parking lot. If you need inexpensive and comfortable accommodation, then I recommend you this hostel!

I appreciated that the hotel was very clean and quiet, creating a comfortable environment for my stay. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a functional workspace. It was convenient and practical for both relaxation and work.

The towel situation could be improved. There was only one slightly larger towel, and the other was too small, just suitable for drying my face. With my long hair, I needed the larger towel to dry it, which left me without a proper towel for my body. Providing an additional larger towel would make a big difference.

Location was great. It was clean. We just wanted to stay for one night. Acros the street you can find a very interesting places to eat.

When I booked the room, scam messages started appearing on the booking.com website, asking me to pay for services that I had already paid for. The hostel administration did not react to it. After that I also started getting messages on whatsapp which I blocked. As a result, I can no longer distinguish which messages are from the hostel and which are from scammers. I would advise anyone not to open any links that are sent. Do everything on the spot. And one more thing - it would be good if there was a cloth or a sponge to wash the dishes.

Very clean rooms, with only minimal signs of wear and tear, and nice minimalistic design. Convenient self check-in and check-out. OK location, not too far away from historical city center, and a good variety of dining places nearby. Safe parking in the closed yard. Almost perfect for one-night stay for solo travellers. For Genius level 3 members it's also a really fairly priced stay option in Tartu.

Rooms have minimal soundproofing, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor. Good earplugs are a "must".

The room and hotel design. Breakfast was very good. Free parking. Liked the place where we could enjoy free tee or coffee and kids could also watch cartoons on tv.

the check in was tricky. We came with 3 small children. The idea was to stay in two rooms on the same floor ( which at the beginning suppose to be like that). After arrival we couldn't get into one of the rooms. Later after the phone call to hotel staff we realized that the changed one of the rooms to another floor.

The location is near the train station. It has a very good gym There is parking

One big shocker. There are NO employees on site. You are completely on your own. It is run remotely by internet. If you are a senior like me this can make things like even getting into parking, or the hotel or your room difficult It’s on a big main road. At this time of the Road Rally the outside motor noise was spectacular. As a rather deaf senior this was not a big problem for me

Good location, nice interior, self check-in instructions precise, good parking space at hostel. To be honest, if see word “hostel” people think of sleeping in shared space with strangers, but this was more like hotel, we had our own room with small cooking space. All went super smooth, didnt saw any stuff member, but also didnt need any extra information or support, as all was passed on clearly.

The hostel is at the big street where some super cars and motocicles want to speed, so it can get loud, but as we were very active during day and super tired in the evenig it didnt disturbe us much.

I got the double room and that was very comfortable. There was a tiny kitchen with a microwave, water cooker, and fridge. Location was excellent, about 30 min short walk to the city center and there's a bus stop right there when I needed it.

The bathroom could be better. The sinc was way too small and the shower drain wasn't functioning that well. There was always a pool of water outside the box that needed to be dealt with after showering. The shower curtain didn't help much with that. WiFi was spotty at times and speed varied a lot.
