The room had everything I needed – it was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is excellent, with cafes, restaurants, and art spaces just a 2-minute walk away. Communication with the support team was fast and pleasant; they were very accommodating and eager to help.

On the last night of my stay, the electricity in the room unexpectedly went out, which caused some inconvenience. However, someone was promptly sent to fix it in the morning. Additionally, I wanted to buy breakfast on-site, but when I went downstairs in the morning, I couldn’t find any staff members, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Excellent hostel, I recommend it! The price matches the quality. Everything is clean and thought out from the moment you receive the key until you check out of the room. The room has a shower with a toilet, as well as all the necessary utensils and a kettle. It is convenient that the room has shelves, hangers for clothes and sockets next to the bed. Convenient location, right in the city center and 100 km from customs. We did not immediately find the entrance to the parking lot, because we arrived at night and in bad weather, and it is not so easy to notice. I took photos of the entrance to the parking lot. If you need inexpensive and comfortable accommodation, then I recommend you this hostel!

I appreciated that the hotel was very clean and quiet, creating a comfortable environment for my stay. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a functional workspace. It was convenient and practical for both relaxation and work.

The towel situation could be improved. There was only one slightly larger towel, and the other was too small, just suitable for drying my face. With my long hair, I needed the larger towel to dry it, which left me without a proper towel for my body. Providing an additional larger towel would make a big difference.

Location was great. It was clean. We just wanted to stay for one night. Acros the street you can find a very interesting places to eat.

When I booked the room, scam messages started appearing on the booking.com website, asking me to pay for services that I had already paid for. The hostel administration did not react to it. After that I also started getting messages on whatsapp which I blocked. As a result, I can no longer distinguish which messages are from the hostel and which are from scammers. I would advise anyone not to open any links that are sent. Do everything on the spot. And one more thing - it would be good if there was a cloth or a sponge to wash the dishes.

Good location, nice interior, self check-in instructions precise, good parking space at hostel. To be honest, if see word “hostel” people think of sleeping in shared space with strangers, but this was more like hotel, we had our own room with small cooking space. All went super smooth, didnt saw any stuff member, but also didnt need any extra information or support, as all was passed on clearly.

The hostel is at the big street where some super cars and motocicles want to speed, so it can get loud, but as we were very active during day and super tired in the evenig it didnt disturbe us much.

Very clean rooms, with only minimal signs of wear and tear, and nice minimalistic design. Convenient self check-in and check-out. OK location, not too far away from historical city center, and a good variety of dining places nearby. Safe parking in the closed yard. Almost perfect for one-night stay for solo travellers. For Genius level 3 members it's also a really fairly priced stay option in Tartu.

Rooms have minimal soundproofing, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor. Good earplugs are a "must".

I got the double room and that was very comfortable. There was a tiny kitchen with a microwave, water cooker, and fridge. Location was excellent, about 30 min short walk to the city center and there's a bus stop right there when I needed it.

The bathroom could be better. The sinc was way too small and the shower drain wasn't functioning that well. There was always a pool of water outside the box that needed to be dealt with after showering. The shower curtain didn't help much with that. WiFi was spotty at times and speed varied a lot.

Full automation. You book and you get a code which is valid for parking gate, front door and your room. There is not a single soul except a guy which provides breakfast Parking: private yard parking with a code. Great!

Cleanliness: we've stayed in this place seven years ago - it looks like the bathroom was not cleaned since. It was smelly and dark Location: it is next to railway, so Maybe good for somebody. You will have to go by foot like 30 minutes to get to the city center Breakfast: porridge in an instant pot and some cold snacks. Everything what a growing body needs

No fuss check-in. All done online, so you just get your code and enter all the facilities. Spacious parking. Room, albeit small, had necessary amenities. Also, all rooms on courtside has terraces, so that is nice in summertime.

Not necessary bad, but a luggage rack/one more chair/some shelves wouldn't hurt to store your luggage and clothes. And a bit better door sound insulation. Specific to my stay - staff informed, that there would be no catering for breakfast, so I had to resort to self made sandwiches and some cereal.

The code access system and also the fact, that I did not have to speak to any people.

I was not able to open my wine. I looked, others looked - the full kitchen and zero wine openers. Sad. But the second night we got it open in a restaurant across the street. Also, the mugs inside our room were dusty. Otherwise the room was clean. One suggestion: to add small tables (there are options where 3 tables fit under 1), so you do not need to use chairs, if for example you do not want to put your phone on the floor, when it is loading near you (alarms in a room, with a lot of people kind of problem 😅). Keep up the good work and please buy some wine openers 🙏
