Not quite sure why they call themselves a motel - this place cold easily go under name design hotel or similar. Situated in an old building with rooms being decorated accordingly. Lady at the reception was very helpful. There is no staff in the hotel after 7pm so walking around the premises feels more like you would be visiting a friends house, than staying in a hotel. If you arrive late, it is still possible to get in, as there is an option to get your keys from a locker.

Despite the nice design, it is still an old house, so sound isolation is not too great and there is a bit of a specific smell to the premises. It is not too disturbing, but you will feel it when entering for the first time. Afterwards I did not really notice it.

The hotel and its facilities are clearly basic standard. But if there is an upper class in basic standard, this hotel definitely is just that! You get all you need, it's all there. Most is clearly worn, but kept in a working condition. Rooms are equipped with a modern flat TV. The house is located in a fantastic setting surrounded by forest. There is plenty space outside to sit on the terrace or on the lawn and enjoy the silence of the forrest. Staff is very friendly.

There is nothing I didn't like

They were very welcoming. I was traveling with my dog and a bike, which all had space enough on the room. Worth to mention that for dogs up to 40cm , the additional price is 10 eur, for taller dogs it is 15eur.

A good choise for a weekend by nature. Room was clean and staff had enough competence in English. Bike rental option was nice.

Breakfast wasn't worth to pay. Item selection was quite limited compared to the price.

Breakfast was lovely every day. The location is just gorgeous, very beautiful and quiet. Staff are friendly and thoughtful.

Comfortable place to stay. Quite charming. Was not busy during our stay. Think we were the only ones there one night. Felt safe.

Was a 1-2 km walk to find a dinner meal in the evening.

Refrigerator is not in all rooms. Small mobille ref. was offered by request.

All was great, except the digibox quality for streaming :) TV was great but please change the streamer offer. Fridge would be handy.

The breakfast was very tasty and included everything a person could need in the vacation. The best thing was to have a breakfast on a terrace enjoying the stunning view of the forest! The hosts are very helpful and gave advice about local dining and facilities.

Everything is perfect!

Perfect location for relaxing in the nature, close to a beautiful lake. Room was spacious and bright. Breakfast is for extra charge but it’s worth the price and you can enjoy it on outside terrace.

It’s missing toiletries like shampoo and conditioner (you do get the liquid soap)
