We really liked the location and comfortable parking. The service was excellent and the breakfast had also some vegan options.

The suite we were staying in was facing the street and fridays nightlife was super loud. The suite had a large living room that was furnished with the most uncomfortable couch you can imagine, it was not pleasing to watch the tv and relax.

An amazing location right at the heart of the old town, located in an old building but sporting an elevator yet (not something you see often in hotels located in such places), with bars and restaurants aplenty in 30-sec walking distance. The room was huge for its price, and you get your own private sauna to enjoy (although you'll have to take turns if there are more than two of you, it's small). Comfortable bed, nice sofa, two WC's, espresso machine with free capsules, and a continental breakfast included in the price - it's a huge value for its money.

Granting the people who do smoke am opportunity to do so without traveling all the way out of the hotel would be a nice touch; otherwise, everything was great.

We loved our stay here in the old town. The breakfast was fantastic. There was a waffle maker and I actually really enjoyed making my own fresh waffles from the premix batter provided! The ham and cheese were delicious too as were the beans and meatballs. Staff was kind and VERY accommodating about check in and check out times, thank you for that. The room was SUPER silent. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard so the view was a bit ugly but in exchange our window experienced no noise so I'll say worth it. The room was spacious and has a desk for working on your laptop with a desk lamp and a huge wardrobe to store your clothes. I'd like to return here again.

I'm taking two points off because the room needs a LOT of love and care. The carpet was worn out and essentially gone in two large spots, the wall paint was chipped off, and the toilet is old and quite stained and should be changed. With renovated rooms this would be a 10/10 hotel. I got a nice autumn getaway deal so it was still worth it, but had I paid full price I would be quite unhappy for the value I got.

It was quite silent although it was in the center with cafe,bar and restaurants and literally few meters away from the central square. We arrived early but staff was nice to give us the room right away. Variety of the things you could have for breakfast was impressive. Bed was 180cm and comfortable,room was super clean. Parking was available for a fee right in front of the hotel which was also convenient as we went there with a baby.

Furniture in the room was a little bit old. It is not a dealbreaker in the end but I could only list this as the thing "I didn't like".

Perfect location. Nice room with comfortable bad and comfortable table to work on. Nice hot shower. Nice breakfast.

The facilities are a bit old - the table in the bathroom was a bit broken, the carpet was a bit old. One problem - you need to say if you want the crew to clean your room (which is completely OK), however, at this time they don't even bring toilet paper \ take the garbage out.

The location of hotel Soho is superb. So is usually the overall experience staying there. The breakfast is yummy, the beds are soft, the TV channels meet basic needs (news vs series).

I haven't noticed before, but the music played during breakfast really effects the experience. Towards the beginning of the week, uk pop music set the perfect scene for the day, middle of the week we had some generic agitative instrumental music that made me felt a bit irritated, and on Friday one guy had to ask the music to be changed, because .... i can't remember the tunes, but they were in the lines of Boney M's "Rasputin" or sth and it felt really out of place and just gave bad slavic vibes.

The location and the breakfast were fantastic! I really liked the interior of the hotel, which was very tasteful. The breakfast was a great surprise with a huge selection of delicious foods and drinks. The atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and relaxed. We really enjoyed it. The bed was also very comfortable.

The rooms facing the street got some noise from partying people at night but there were earplugs prepared in the room. In one of the rooms there was a small problem with the piping.

Very central location, quite easy to get to. The room was plain and slightly tired, but functional. It was quiet (with windows facing towards the courtyard - so no view to speak of) and the beds comfortable enough. Parking lot is conveniently located just across the road from the hotel. The breakfast was also OK and overall the hotel offered good value for money.

There were small issues but a few of them: the stained carpet did not look the cleanest, the shower was a bit weak and the hot food at breakfast was a bit lukewarm. I would also prefer to use door cards, the web app for self check-in/check-out/unlocking the room was slightly finicky, although it worked. More power sockets in the room would also be useful.

Very nice hotel in the center of Tartu. Close to the hall square and restaurants, yet quiet and cozy. Convenient parking for the car right in front of the hotel, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. The breakfast is great, very tasty and varied. The pancakes are the best I have ever had :)

Chilly in the room, air conditioner does not adjust to warm air. Not very comfortable bathroom, water from the shower gets on the floor, and there is no brush to remove the water, few shelves in the shower for shampoos.

The hotel has excellent location, can be approached also by car, and there is a parking place for extra fee as well, which we also used. On the 1st floor there is also a nice Mexican restaurant, the food was tasty and prices reasonable as well. We got a room with 3 single beds right next to elevator, the yard view. It was very quiet, which was appreciated, and even the elevator noise was not heard. Excellent breakfast with many healthy choices, including grilled veggies, mushrooms, porridge and the usual hotel food stuff as well. I was surprised to see that there is a sparkling wine offerred for breakfast, too :)
